I have a joyner trooper think 2007 model 1100cc and it will turn over but not getting any fire. Put new coil on it new crank sensor and when I check the plug going to my coil pack with test light it shows that it don't Have power and seems to be saying there's no ground either. Mine has 3 wires black, white, and orange

[email protected] and any suggestions on what to do is there any way to bypass the computer or anyway to straight wire it? And is there a kit to swap it over to a carburetor? I just really need to get it running I bought it already messed up and just want to get it running asap without wasting a lot of money on it any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Where do you live, if you fill out the profile, we can get to know you a little better. Maybe some one lives just around the block from you.

You say it was messed up when you bought it, did it ever run for you?

Here;s and idea for you, set your Fluke to measure current and see if the computer is putting our a signal to them and then do the same to the ignition coil. while measuring the current, push the frequency button, if you get a frequency, see what the duty cycle is. This should tell you if the CPU is go or not.

Finally got spark to my wires dunno if anyone has had this problem before but it was actually my switch some how if you turn it all the way to the right if went to far and dunno why but wouldn't send anything to the coil. So if I turn it slightly back to the left a hair it started hitting. So now guess I have to try new plugs and drain the gas a refill it to see if it will start.

I'm working with a 2015 MSU-500.  Basic symptoms are it cranks well, but will not fire.  It has spark, and it has fuel spraying out of the injector (and spraying starting fluid into the throttle body and plug hole makes no difference).  It has compression.  I bought it not running, and no other information was available.  It has 775 miles on it and 127 hours.  It looks to be in very good shape.   Previous owner replaced fuel pump, ECU, coil, plug, and the fuse/relay box that mounts on the firewall, then gave up.
My questions relate to cam/valve timing, considering the symptoms and diagnostics so far.  My thinking was the woodruff key sheared off and the crank spun, making it out of time.  My question is, by the pictures attached does anyone have an opinion as to the cam/valve timing being correct?  In the crankshaft picture you can see a timing mark visible.  In the camshaft picture I have arrows directed towards what I think are timing marks (which appear to be exactly 180 degrees from one another).  However, the long arrow in what appears to be bolt configuration in line with the piston/rod line.  Here is a puzzling note... in the position you see in the pictures... I have valve lash on both the intake and exhaust.  I think it's at TDC, given the visible crank timing mark and valve lash on both valves.
Any thoughts ?  Does this appear to be in proper valve time ?  Have I missed anything simple ?  Thanks in advance for your input.

Just picked up a Hisun 500 that had shift issues (corroded fan gear) which I fixed. It also didn't seem to be running smoothly then all of a sudden it got worse. It seems to miss on both idle and when pushing the gas pedal to the floor and doesn't seem to be running at full power. I've been working with a local person who is walking me through some steps, but I'd like some input from this group as well. What I've done:
      - drained the fuel tank and replaced it with 93 octane fuel and added heet to help with any water problems.
      - replaced the fuel injector.
      - disconnected the battery (several times) to allow the module to reset.
      - set the valve clearance, both intake and exhaust, within specs ... intake was tight but exhaust seemed fine.
      - replaced the battery.
      - replaced the O2 sensor.
Nothing has helped. Not sure what the next steps are, but would appreciate any expertise that can be offered here.

I've been having misfire issues with my UTV 400 when it gets warm and I've thrown all kinds of parts at it so far with no permanent resolution.  Today I removed the O2 sensor and it is black on the end.  To me that means it's running rich and/or the sensor isn't working.  I replaced the sensor with a new one and will see how it goes I guess.  With EFI, I'm wondering why the sensor would be this way with low hours and mileage?  Is there a way to adjust or lean out fueling on these?  Thanks in advance.

      Hi
I have a 2022 hisun sector eps 550. 30amp fuse is blown for eps. Checked the motor and it’s fine. Opened up the controller and found a bad diode. Dealer wanted 500$ for the controller. Just posting this in case it helps someone. I couldn’t read numbers from the old one so just took a guess and replaced it with a 100v 3amp diode.
