Hello 4,000 Rpm if you are going to drive a long time at this speed.Keep your eye on the temp.gauge if the temperatures goes up slow down a little.Make sure you a snorkel the air filter to the roof. Use pvc pipe.

Thanks you sir. I had noticed if I drove very far and above 4K the temp would start to rise but figured the RPM range was above that. Thanks for the info. Sounds like I need to slow down a little

      Axis 500 4x4 turns over but no spark

      I have an Axis 500 4x4 UTV that I was given.  It looks like an almost new machine with 39 hrs on it however it was apparently under water from the hurricane . I have no spark at the plug. I have replaced the plug, the plug wire, & the stator so far. Can anyone advise me of what i need to check and or replace to get this thing running? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

      UT400 cutting out mid throttle

      Have an issue all the sudden where the UTV will cut out randomly mid range throttle and under load.  Light consistent throttle on fairly flat ground no problems.  If you quickly change throttle position sometimes it will bog down and cut out, splutter, etc.  Floor it or let off and it may do just fine.  Going up a hill and adding more throttle as the incline demands, will cut out splutter and smell unburnt fuel.  So far doesn't ever completely quit.  If you let off it will idle just fine.  A lot of times if you floor it, it will pick up and even get a boost of power.  Changed to a slightly hotter plug to see if that would make a difference, but it didn't .  Any ideas what might be going on and what to try next?

      my subaru gave it up, bought a new Predator 670cc
      problems is, wiring the buggy to the new motor, OEM key switch has 5 wires (red, green, yellow, black and brown)
      new motor has many more wires than the Subaru and i have no idea what goes where!!!
      finding any info on the web is almost impossible to do also
      any help will be greatly appreciated!
