Anyone ever try buy a wiper kit for a newer Renegade? Well I did and what a hassle it was until I contacted Borossi Motors LTD in Europe. First I contacted Joyner USA and they flat out told me Joyner doesn't make one. After I found a part number for one for a 2008 R2 800 (I didn't think there could be too much of a difference), I contacted Silverbullit. There I was told we don't use part numbers and basically Joyner doesn't make a wiper kit. So check Borossi Motors and guess what, they actually had one advertized in their parts and accessories. It even had the same part number I gave silverbullit. So I thought I'd give them another chance. This time I got they have to, they use them like cars, I've been in business for 15 years and might of had two calls for wipers, it must be aftermarket, and last but not least Borossi is a good dealer you might as well buy it from them. Well I did, it cost me $155 USD, came in two weeks and plugs right in. The only thing I'm changing is going to silicone wiper blade, don't have a glass windshield.

NO WONDER TEAM JOYNER USA WENT UNDER

I recently bought an axis 500 and it’s missing a box or something the plug is L shaped I’ve looked through the wiring diagrams and still can’t figure it out. The plug is located right near the battery housing

I had to remove the relay for the dump bed due to it popping the fuse for main key power. I have tried to find a short but nothing seems to out of normal. I also disconnected the dump motor and switch and still pops the fuse. Also, when the machine is warmed up i get about 5 to 10 of work out of before it stalls. Once I can get it to start again I have to use the choke to keep it running.

Looking for information on installing a OBD port or a lite to read codes in ECM.
I can not find a OBD port or a lite to read codes on this R2 with 800cc.
I have code readers and adapters for most ATV's. From what I've found so far. They don't have a connection for to read codes. I may be wrong. That's why I'm asking.
This R2 has had new IAC, TPS, MAP, fuel pressure regulator and fuel pump replaced. This was done by neighbor to try to stop surging. It still surges on start up and then settles down. But once you hit the accelerator it revs up to 2000+ rpm and stays till you block off IAC port in throttle body with finger. Once you do that it once again settles down and idles perfectly.
I want to know what the ECM is reading to help dio it.
This joyner is the first one I've run across. Well second one in a week. (my neighbors 2 of them) The other was a trooper with the 1100cc chery motor that had been setting for years. After cleaning up the fuse box connections. It runs like a top. Had to replace all gages with aftermarket gages. Water, oil, gas, amp. Only problem one was the water temp using original sending unit. Had to install 150 ohm resistor on the input wire to get it to read correctly + - 5 degrees. Close enough. Gas sending unit was/is for a boat tank 6" tall. All SS so it should last forever.
      thanks Dan D. aka staind
