Hello everyone,

I'm really excited about this forum! My husband and I each ride Sportsman 700's and we also have a Trooper Four Seater. We spend the summer in Utah riding the Paiute Trail with our son, Lance and our grandson Tyler. Once it cools off in Utah we bring the toys back home to Nevada to play in the fall and winter. This year we're going to try and make several trips to Arizona as well. I look forward to getting to know everyone and if your looking for riding partners in our areas please let us know.

I also wanted to say thank-you to the FA for the Joyner area, that was fantastic to see and to know that we're welcome.

Cinda

Hi Cinda,

If I ever make it to Nevada, I'm going to check out that Paiute Trail. I have just arrived on this site too but welcome to you & your family.

Cheers Mike.

Mike,

You're welcome anytime and I just happen to know where there's a T4 ready to show you the trails.

I have a Joyner Trooper 1100 4 place that has been sitting for a number of years. I have everything taken care of but i can't get the fuel through the injectors. Fuel pump puts full pressure on them but they don't turn on or spray fuel. Any ideas?

The conversion took about 350lbs. off the vehicle.  It never rode great, but now I feel every  crack in the road.  I have backed off spring compression nut to the point just under where they would move around if suspension was at full extension, but it is still very stiff.  I would like to put some softer coilover springs on it, but I have no idea what the spring rate is with the original springs so I would just be guessing on what to order.  Does anyone have the data for the original spring compression rate?  I am willing to give up a little ground clearance for a softer ride. Right now when sitting still the rear suspension is at or near full extension and the rear tires have several degrees of camber which will cause uneven wear if allowed to continue in this state.

That's the question! Or, if you want to add details:
      (a) How do you use the UTV? (roads? off-road to get to trees? etc.)
      (b) If you are wearing a helmet--how frequently? What type of helmet?

My own answers: (a) Most of the time off-road to get to downed trees, cut the trees to logs and haul the logs back for splitting. (b) Very rarely, a ski helmet and not a motorcycle helmet.
