On the recommendation from some of you (I have no problem with that) I ordered a ring and pinion from leafasia they sent it buy DHL. I have never before used DHL and did not know that when the parcel got to the USA that they would turn it over to the US Post Office. In the town were I live they don't have home delivery so you need to have your PO Box number on it or they will send it back. leafasia never said anything about this so I just gave them my home address. The PO sent it back from Quartzsite to phoenix were it was lost by the post office. I don't know if any of you has ever run into a problem like this before, but let me tell you it has turned into a nightmare. I have sent many emails to all concerned. The only ones that are really trying to help are the people at DHL. DHL has sent emails to leafasia to tell them that I never received it but because of a screw up buy DHL's computer it says that I did get it but no matter what they tell leafasia by email they insist that I received it. At first leafasia told me that I would not loose my money or the ring and pinion, but now they have washed their hands of it and will do nothing. They are the ones that sent the it but will not try to get it or any money back from either the PO or DHL. I have been told by both that any claim has to be started by leafasia because they are the ones who sent it in the first place. I guess that I am out of both my money or the ring and pinion. If anyone wants to read the emails that were sent both ways let me know and I will try to post them on here. I will have to get help because I don't know how. I hope that this will put a question into everyone about buying from leafasia in the future be very careful. I lost $350.00

My self, I would copy and paste all the communications in the order they were created to a document and present that to Leafasia for comment and ask them to fix the problem, then if they won't, turn that into a post under a new name like someone won't honor order or something similar, but give a chance to work with you and DHL and bigdan120 first. let us know what happens !

Did USPS assign a tracking number to it since they picked it up at DHL? Low Gear pm me I will give you my phone number. I'll try to see if we can get this straightend up.. 

Casey at Leaf Asia is a small supplier. With that said I've done buisness with her and became friends. I will try to help you and Casey as much as I can..

Ok I found the link at DHL for Leaf Asia to start a claim... I will talk with Casey and see if we can get another sent out as soon as DHL gets there crap together...  I don't have home delivery either and DHL delivered to me..Don't know why anyone would involve USPS.....

This is Casey from Leaf Asia. 

First, thanks for Bigdan's kind help and Kinarfi's input. 

With regarding to the topic that James Funtjar issued, I want to say I feel sorry, this shipment goes in a way out of our image.

For this shipment, I myself still feel confused. There are 3 versions of shipping status:

DHL Website shows the parcel has been delivered and signed receipt ( Anyone can check on DHL official website with tracking number: 2833275944);  

According to DHL staff that James Funtjar found: The parcel is on the way returning from UPPS since it can not be delivered to the address James provided to me. It was sent back on Jan-11th and hasn't arrive Phonex USPS up till now. 

James  mentioned in his email: the parcels has been lost by USPS. 

Isn't this confusing? Which of the above is the real fact? 

If according to DHL, when they were waiting for customer (James) to pick up the parcel, the shipment could be finished earlier. 

I am not trying to avoid any responsibility, i care our business reputation more than money. i  want to provide good services to all customers no matter how big their order is.  But i want to do this based on fair and reasonable reason.  I just want to make clear the whole thing. I will take all responsibility that I should take.  

Again, I hope James can be calm down and work with me to verfy the shipment and work out a plan to solve the problem. 

As Kinarfi's suggestion, I collected emails between James and I for this shipment in attached EXCEL file. All emails are screen-copied. Any input or advice will be appreciated.  

i think all of us will learn from this issue.

I won't get into a he said she said argument. I'll just state that they don't have and didn't show a document with my signature on it. Also they didn't include any of the email's they got from DHL, especially the one stating that it was a computer error that caused them to say that I had received it and also that it was waiting to be picked up at DHL. The last email sent by DHL stated to them that they had to make a claim not me they are the shipper.

I had Casey ship the another gear set to me. I will ship it to you from PA. I need a good address where this can be received by you. Please email at [email protected]  so I can get this to you.

P.S. DHL in China is no help.... still don't have a clue where anything is...

Anyways sorry for the issues with the shipping. I don't believe that Leaf Asia will be using DHL in the future.

      I have a 2018 cub cadet challenger 750 I bought brand new almost 2 years ago the first month I had it the exhaust broke and burnt the spark plug wire in two that was a recall so the dealership installed the new one it had a different design and it bolted up to the bottom two plugs below the spark plug the dealership said they had to Adjust the exhaust valves I get the machine back thanking everything is good now wrong not even a week after I get it back the timing chain tensioner comes apart inside the motor I take it back to the dealership They put one on I get the machine back thanking everything is good but then just like before not even a week goes by when I was riding the Machine automatically quits going come to find out the wet clutch was burned up the primary clutch head stripped off of the splines I get that fixed and then  it overheats I take it back they bleed the air out of the coolant they bring it back to me the same day that I get it back it overheats again I take it back they temporarily fix it again just enough to let the warranty run out and now the machine has been to multiple different mechanics I have had them try to bleed the air out they have stood it up on its end I have had the water pump changed I have had the fan hooked to a switch so I could leave it on all the time but still almost 2 years later not even 200 hours on the machine and I cannot ride it The dealership will not take it back as a lemon I have tried I am at my wits end I have no clue what to try next

      2002 ranger 500 4x4 stopped running and wouldn't restart. Service manual wiring diagram helped identify the hub safety switch as the culprit. Using jumper wires to bypass  switch allowed the engine to start and run normally. Inspection of switch showed melted epoxy and a strong smell of burnt electrical. Unable to find replacement part either used or new. Is there a work around other than jumper wiring?

      I purchased a new 2023 Landmaster UTV L4 in October of 2023.  UTV didn't seem to have as much power of the demo L4 that I drove but figured once it broke in it would be better.  After about a week the unit started bogging down backfiring and stopping.  Gas fumes really bad, wait a few minutes and it would start up again.  Brought it back to the dealer and after keeping it for a few weeks said he couldn't find anything wrong with it.  Got it back home and it started acting up again, brought it back to dealer a week later and he said he found couple things that might cause it to do run bad and he was able to replicate the issue but didn't really know what was wrong.  Got it back home again after being at dealer for several weeks and the unit started running bad again right away.  Brought it back to dealer and he went back and forth with Kohler about possible fixes but just checked somethings and try to swap a few parts but still runs bad.  I called Landmaster HQ to speak with someone about a refund and was told that was handled at the dealer level.  Dealer called Landmaster and they told him they didn't do refunds or exchanges especially with units that had problems.  The dealer is now trying to get a new engine to but I have not heard anything as of yet.  I did file complaint with Better Business Bureau and they accepted my claim and reached out to Landmaster.  The National Service Manager called me and said the he had been contacted by the BBB about the complaint and he would look into it.  I told him that I would just like to have my down payment of $2,000.00 returned and never mind the over $1,000.00 I have paid in notes for a UTV that I cannot even ride on without hoping it gets me around the neighborhood.  I have found out that the 2024 Landmaster UTVs will have Vanguard engines due to issues with the Kohler engines.  Very disappointed in what is "Proudly Made in the USA" and the way Landmaster has treated this disabled veteran!

      The conversion took about 350lbs. off the vehicle.  It never rode great, but now I feel every  crack in the road.  I have backed off spring compression nut to the point just under where they would move around if suspension was at full extension, but it is still very stiff.  I would like to put some softer coilover springs on it, but I have no idea what the spring rate is with the original springs so I would just be guessing on what to order.  Does anyone have the data for the original spring compression rate?  I am willing to give up a little ground clearance for a softer ride. Right now when sitting still the rear suspension is at or near full extension and the rear tires have several degrees of camber which will cause uneven wear if allowed to continue in this state.
