I was looking at the profiles of some and saw they were MEMBERS and I was still a NEWBIE, even if I did join earlier and my feelings were hurt, then I realized that it was my fault for not having posted enough times. So I thought I'd introduce myself. I live in Pleasant Grove, Utah, Disabled, it get easier say that if you say it a lot, & I hate it, from a plane crash. Always loved exploring and now I do it from a Trooper. I love to share my photos too, so I just keep adding to my collection at http://community.webshots.com/user/kinarfi. I spend a fair amount of time on the computer too. Married to a wonderful gal, Linda, and have 2 grown children and 3 grandkids, Don't you just love grand kids?

Kinarfi, mate after seeing those photo's of your plane crash, you are indeed a very lucky man. You must of done something that only a very skilful pilot can do at the last minute to survive it. From what I've seen of Utah, like Az you've got lots of exploring areas to do in the T2. It will take longer than your plane but at least it will give you a different perspective.

Oh Jeff! I was just looking at your plane photos, you are a very skilled pilot and one very blessed man.

George and I are looking forward to going exploring with you and Linda next summer. By the way Grandkids are the best! George and I both agree that if we knew they were so much fun be would have tried to find a way to have them first.

My dad always told me to be a bachelor and to teach my kids the same. He forgot to tell me about grand kids, but then he hadn't met the ones I gave him yet either. :rolleyes:

Now that I think about it, I wonder if dad told my 2nd son the same story? No kids, yet, but we're hoping. (Some kids parents! ay!)

I wish I could take credit for surviving my crash. What saved me is that a rancher and his son saw me crash and got help coming and got me out of the plane in short order, I actually can't remember a thing from that day and was in a coma for the next 2 or 3 days. A nurse told me that with my injuries, I may have survived for about 30 minutes with out help. :(

      2022 Coleman outfitter 500 had a loud snap then a metallic grinding noise

      Recently I had an overheating issue on my 2022 Coleman Outfitter 550 (Hisun UT550) and to check to make sure it was fixed I took it out for a ride around the block. After a couple cycles on the LED coolant meter, I took it for a couple mile ride and on my way back I heard a loud metallic snap then a grinding noise. It was still able to move under its own power but very slowly. I was about 2 blocks from the truck so 'I limped it home and up onto the trailer. I know I need to tear it apart and look for what broke, but anyone have a guess as to where to start? I'm seriously getting tired of this damn machine! 750 miles on it and already replaced the belt, wet clutch, primary clutch, clutch roller weights among a few other things. Seriously, this friggin machine has spent more time on the lift than on the road. I thought I bought this new because it was from the owner of a tractor supply, but he registered it under the stores name making me the 2nd owner voiding any and all warranties.
      Any Ideas what to look for would be appreciated.

      Hisun Sector E (2021) Fault code 54C 3

      Creeping down our steep driveway after a 3 mile hilly run. Using the engine to help break. I'm in 4WD and Low "gear" mode. Suddenly there is a "release" type pop and the engine is no longer breaking as sometimes happens over a certain speed. No problem I apply more breaks and come to a rest down the hill. BUT this time the "back up" alarm is beeping and now the engine is just dead. Error code was initially 54C 2 but after resting overnight it now says 54C 3. As soon as the key turns on I get the alarm and nothing from the motor. It does look like the flashing engine thing shows a square box in the middle front is flashing. I have tried to find those codes but no luck yet. I wouldnt know what to do with them anyway. Any insights appreciated.--Bill

      Serial # a8mv86futja001002 , no search engine will give me a model , it has a 471 engine . Is massimo always hard to get hold of ? No answer to emails or phone calls ?

      just an update on my MSU 500 . For all the misery it caused me the first 2 yrs, and the combination of some quality YAMAHA parts, it has now become a reliable ,useful UTV without the constant fear of having to push or tow it back from trails. I have not had a single issue pop up in a very long time.. FINALLY!....and as a side note, I just bought  a C FORCE 600 ATV to replace an old and well used  Honda that finally after 18 yrs gave up a rod bearing.  So far the new one has really impressed me .. I like the new Power Steering and  this CVT Auto Trans is new to me on an ATV .. I m used to constant shifting on my Hondas .  It also has something I have never seen. Its EBS  engine brake system, as soon as you let go of throttle, it engine brakes you to a stop rather quickly.. its great idea for the grandkids safety . Takes a little getting used to tho.. All in all, I like it. We shall see how durable it is after break-in.. I do "RIDE" them! .....and they honor their warrenty! and the dealer is 15 minutes away..
