I need a lil help guys. I have a 2009 trooper and I bought a new 4x4 actuator for it. It came in and is a 4 wire connector. Mine is a 3 wire connector. Does anyone know how to make this work or have a wiring diagram that I could wire it myself? Thanks in advance.

pulled up an old schematic and if memory serves me well, red is power on all the time, black ground, yellow and white are in and out signal wires, test it out your self to see which is which, my guess is on the 3 wire system, yellow and white carried the motor current and just drove the motor to the limit switch, the 4 wire does the same, but there is only signal current on the yellow and white instead of motor current which is carried on the red and the relay in the actuator, so the switch lasts longer.  So just put power on the red and the switch to yellow & white.   If you still have the old dead one and feel like sending it to me, I'll rebuild it with FETs  and send it back to you for a spare for far less that the new, probably just postage and parts, I do it something to do. PM me if you want.

AWESOME! Thanks. I haven't been on because it wouldn't let me sign in. Finally got that taken care of.

I have the switch, harness and actuator out of the joyner. I'm gonna do it remotely and see if it works. (much easierto get to)

The old box does not have any of the motors or gears in it. I'm not sure you could do much with it but thanks anyways.

I was randomly and briefly able to connect to my Coleman UTV 400s ECU the other day twice and haven't been able to since.  When I was able to access it, I found the following codes and wondered if anyone may know where I should start or what I should look at?
P0031 - O2 Sensor Heater Control Voltage Low
P0107 - Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometer Pressure Voltage Low
P0113 - Intake Air Temperature Sensor Voltage High
P0118 - Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Voltage High
P0650 - Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) failure

Hello, we recently got a 2013 Hisun 800 as a little project for my husband and I to work on. Turns out the guys before us loved the mud anyway. We have replaced the stator and now going to do the Rectifier but here is the hold up as seen in the picture. There are tons of wires going to the battery. I cant seem to find anything that shows what wires should, or shouldn't be attached to the battery or where these 2 plugs go. if someone would please take some pics or share knowledge to where they go I would appreciate it greatly.

I want to ditch my Kubota RTV-XG850 and its moronic twitchy throttle design flaw, get rid of the problematic engine and the 40 mph purposely throttled speed.
So far, I'm looking at the Honda Pioneer 1000 and the Polaris Ranger 1000, both of which have 1000-1500 lb payload bed capacity.
What other makes and models should I be looking at?

      Thanks for the help!

I have an Axis 500 4x4 UTV that I was given.  It looks like an almost new machine with 39 hrs on it however it was apparently under water from the hurricane . I have no spark at the plug. I have replaced the plug, the plug wire, & the stator so far. Can anyone advise me of what i need to check and or replace to get this thing running? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
                                    Thank You,
