Hello, i currently own a 06 joyner terminator 1600, im trying to find a 5 speed trans that has a manual locking diff that will bolt to the original motor, has anyone came across this? Reason im looking is because i plan on making the buggy street legal and a manual locker would be perfect for both street and dirt.0fc7326269d828c20bfc4dede0ee117e.jpg76b6ca0f3568799a9d6dcd4b7d5b5867.jpg

silverbullet.
I have no experience with that buggy transmission.I am sorry i have never seen one in person.Sorry
Thanks Rich
Thanks for the response, the trans is out of a 80's vw rabbit pickup, and the motor is the 1600cc chery motor, so pretty much what ever bolts to the chery motor should work, from what ive researched, that engine is very similar to the early 90s ford escort engines,

I have heard that before but another customer said that only some of the parts were the same.I think that the bellhousing was the same. All china parts are parts from a few different models so no conflict with copyright. With out knowing for sure if information is correct. And seeing the picture you sent i am even less sure that is true.Maybe the truck makes the difference on the trans.Good luck!

engine:
copy of Ford's Escort XR31 CVH 8V engine

gearbox:
MTX75 flange with VW Golf 2 copy transmission

You can ad a fifth gear in the housing without any mods, take vw parts. A locking diff - I don't know.

I have a Joyner Trooper 1100 4 place that has been sitting for a number of years. I have everything taken care of but i can't get the fuel through the injectors. Fuel pump puts full pressure on them but they don't turn on or spray fuel. Any ideas?

As I tried to do a conversion with the Yamaha 660 motor, I realized the 660 was never fuel injected so it would not work for the fuel injected hisun motor swap. But the good thing is the hisun 750 motor is a clone of the 660 Yamaha but with the components for the fuel injection (cam/crank position sensor). So that left me with a new rebuilt Yamaha 660 and still a broke 750 hisun motor. I took apart 750 think the timing chain had broke from all that I've heard about these motors. The chain was not broke, but just off cam and crank gears! The chain tensioner was at fault!  I've ordered Yamaha 660 replacement parts, chain, two exhaust valves (which got bent when chain came off while motor was spinning) and seals. The piston has 2 little nicks where it had hit valves but no damage otherwise. The head is being redone at the machine shop and I'll be putting it back together in the next couple of weeks. Also I finally tracked down a Service Manual with all the info on the 550/750 Challenger.

We have a 2018 Cub Cadet Challenger 400 and I found this Internally Threaded Bolt with a 10mm head size laying in the floor of the shop bay here on our ranch where we park the Cub Cadet.
Trying to figure out where it belongs...

My buddy has a ut400 that the forward gear keeps popping out of gear. She only has like 400 miles on the odometer .the shift cable has been adjusted and the shift lever has been updated / modified. All other gears are good. Is there an internal detent cam or something that wears out or shift fork that can be replaced ? Or is there some other magic that I can perform ? Looks like the engine needs to be split.
