I recently put high output LED lights in my Cub cadet 750 crew. It took some JB quick weld, drink tube, and screwing up some but is working! Opt 7 H4 bulbs are about three times brighter than the cheap China motorcycle bulbs!

I will post some pictures soon!

Does anyone else have battery issues? I am going to try fitting a Optima marine battery in mine. A real alternator would be a better fix. Anyone try solar to top batteries? When I plow snow the stock battery is fried quick!

I did the same to my Volunteer 440. with LED lights.  I use those and a pair of wide angle lights on my roof rack.

the size of the battery is small so every 3 years I have to replace mine,  a charge when it's cold out overnight is helpfull.

to a happy season ahead. !

on a recent hunting trip, my radiator over heated on my Cub Cadet (diesel model)   I replaced the relay  for the fan. !

any idea's what I should be next.   it's 10 years old,  would the fan be a random replacement item ?

Just picked up a Cub Cadet 500 that had shift issues (corroded fan gear) which I fixed. It also didn't seem to be running smoothly then all of a sudden it got worse. It seems to miss on both idle and when pushing the gas pedal to the floor and doesn't seem to be running at full power. I've been working with a local person who is walking me through some steps, but I'd like some input from this group as well. What I've done:
      - drained the fuel tank and replaced it with 93 octane fuel and added heet to help with any water problems.
      - replaced the fuel injector.
      - disconnected the battery (several times) to allow the module to reset.
      - set the valve clearance, both intake and exhaust, within specs ... intake was tight but exhaust seemed fine.
      - replaced the battery.
      - replaced the O2 sensor.
Nothing has helped. Not sure what the next steps are, but would appreciate any expertise that can be offered here.

      Hi
I have a 2022 hisun sector eps 550. 30amp fuse is blown for eps. Checked the motor and it’s fine. Opened up the controller and found a bad diode. Dealer wanted 500$ for the controller. Just posting this in case it helps someone. I couldn’t read numbers from the old one so just took a guess and replaced it with a 100v 3amp diode.

I recently purchased a Hisun E1 and the other day the charger stopped working properly. The LED on the dash blinks red & green and the light on the side of the charger also blinks red & green. The fan on the charger does not come on like it used to do. There is no error code that I can see. Does anyone have any suggestions to remedy this?

I own a 2017 Challenger 750 and had the key way snap at the flywheel. It was removed and cleaned up and then the  flywheel was put back on with a new keyway. It snapped a second time so the flywheel and keyway both were replaced. They both seem to fit nice and tight. Put it all back together and it snapped again. I have no idea why it is doing this.
