Where is the flasher on a 2008 Joyner Commando?

The turn signals on our 2008 Commando are not working. We bought a new flasher from Joyner ... but, we cannot find the old one so we can replace it.

The new part number is JSG142.

Could you help please?

Its mounted to the battery box .Its 2 x 4 "long.Some times owner just let it lay on the floor.Be vary careful with the wiring It has a lot of plugs down there.

Just joined this forum this evening. Very old photo, lol.  I bought a 2006 Joyner 4by4 Commando  from the widow of a good friend of mine . 

The speedometer goes crazy in both modes ?  What is the fix for this other than a new speedometer ?
