CF Moto Banned by 2027!!!

Here is an absolute shocker ~ The U.S. Commerce Department to ban CF Moto. Unbelievable. Looks like they will target all Chinese and Russian made imports with Cars and Motorbikes being hit first. Side x Sides and ATVs will be in the firing line no doubt. That being said, look for all CF Moto models to be manufactured in Mexico by 2027 to bypass their new rules.     https://www.rideapart.com/news/735940/us-cfmoto-ban-commerce-rules/

      2005 Cub Cadet side by side front axles

      I'm working on a 2005 Cub Cadet side by side and I'm trying to remove the front two axles.  I have a slide hammer puller on the inner joint and with all my strength they will not budge.   Anyone have the same issues and is there something I'm missing or a trick of some sort to pull these out?   Any suggestions please and thank you.

      I have a Coleman Outfitter 550 purchased in January 2022 that runs and operates pretty well.  65 hours on it so far.   It is a work vehicle for my 10 hilly acres with two 1 acre woods and 5 acres of "lawn".  The rest is under a lake. 
      My parking brake does not seem to have any grip.  It worked when new but after a month or so, it is just almost useless.     I press the parking brake pedal hard until it stops. Still, it won't hold even on slight inclines.   I don't see the caliper move as I press the brake pedal down.  There seems to be plenty of pad left on it and the rotor is shiny as if it is rubbing a little when applied, but not enough to stop it from rolling. 
      Any thoughts on possible causes?

      Picked up an essentially new 2022 UT400 with 9 miles on it.  Decided to change the oil because it's probably never been done.  Pulled the dipstick and noticed it was overfull then went and pulled the drain plug and took off the filter and it was like brown water running out.  What should I start checking?
