Hello everyone! I am new here and have no experience with UTVs but I am quickly getting some. I have a shifting problem where I can shift through all gears without the engine running but as soon as I start the engine I can not select a gear. Yes, foot is on the brake and yes the pin is being pulled to go into reverse if I was to try going into reverse. The shift lever does not move. I adjusted the linkage to get more accurate shifting with the engine off so I know those are now correct. I opened the shift lever housing to inspect the teeth on the gear and found this picture below. Why is this oil so milky looking? I assume with oil like this I'll need to replace the wet clutch as well but am not positive. Does anyone have any input into how to flush this system and get things shifting correctly? Hey guys! Was wondering if anybody has had any experience in shutting up a Kioti K9 or Kioti Mechron. I daily drive a K9 in an underground mine and between the engine noise and belt whine I can’t hear myself think while driving this thing! 2-5 hours a day. It’s a 2021 model with 180 hours on it. Belt and clutches are clean, machine is maintained to factory recommended schedule and then some. Has been like this since new. Before I start boxing in the engine with plywood and stuffing insulation under the seat I thought I would reach out and see if anybody has run into this before!

Hi everyone. I am new here to the forum and am excited to learn from all of you with more experience than me with UTVs. Our Axis750 we use on the hobby farm started to have some issues going into gear. Yes, foot is on the brake and completely stopped as required with these machines. I thought it was the linkage and adjusted it to where it is accurately shifting with the engine off and key in the on position. I start the engine and it won't shift gears (yes foot is on the brake). I thought maybe it was the shift lever teeth so I opened the assembly and this picture shows what I just found. I assume this means the wet clutch would need replaced too while draining and flushing the oil. What else should I consider or be looking at? Any idea what could cause this? I don't see visible leaks or cracks in the system anywhere. Thanks in advance for the help!

So here is my dilemma, I bought a 2014 Massimo MSU500 eleven years ago from TSC, its never been off the farm, had my share of ups and downs with it but never walked back to the house. I have bought a Kubota Sidewinder and it is a fine machine.Problem is I just dont need the Massimo and would like to sell it but the last thing want to do is sell it (cheap) to someone who doesn't realize what a POS a Massimo can be and can't afford to maintain it. I plan to put it of Craigslist with pictures and description, not sure how to warn potiential buyers without scaring them away. I feel like it could be a great buy for the right person or a terrible buy for the wrong person. I'm thinking $2500.

I use my Hisun 550 (with the Coleman stickers), for general work around my 10 acres of hilly land. Hauling firewood, some dirt and mulch, and debris clean up. Also felling dead standing trees in the woods and hauling rounds out to the barn for splitting/stacking.
Here's my question: Those who use their UTVs with towed drag implements or snow plows, have you noticed any issues with early clutch slippage or failures? Or premature belt wear? Other drive line issues??
