Mule will not start. Turns over like crazy. Replaced plugs, oil is good.Does have one year old fuel filter. Has one year old filters pretty much throughout. Thinking maybe fuel issue. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Could just need a good carb cleaning. , take off the fuel lines and blow them out with compressed air  to make sure they're clear.

to test coils, get a inline spark tester, hook the clamp to the plug or other good ground on your mule, and crank the engine, if you dont see the light (or  spark, depending on what tester you get) you have a bad coil.

EDIT

here is the link to the troubleshooting guide for your engine : https://www.kawasaki-engines.eu/umbraco/Surface/downloadFile/Download

OK Travis first thanks for responding. Purchased tester and coils appear to be good. Removed line from pump to carb and looks like no fuel getting to carb. I guess it looks like fuel pump.

if you're getting fuel through to the filter, that means your pump is sucking, take off, or disconnect the fuel lines and  i would spray carb spray or brake cleaner   or compressed air, through the fuel pump to break up any possible blockages.

I found an online manual and read through it, nothing about fuel pump removal, I guess you just have to use common sense or your own judgement to remove it,

is it possible to loosen the bracket and remove it?\

if you could supply a picture that would be good.

Hi everyone. I am new here to the forum and am excited to learn from all of you with more experience than me with UTVs. Our Axis750 we use on the hobby farm started to have some issues going into gear. Yes, foot is on the brake and completely stopped as required with these machines. I thought it was the linkage and adjusted it to where it is accurately shifting with the engine off and key in the on position. I start the engine and it won't shift gears (yes foot is on the brake). I thought maybe it was the shift lever teeth so I opened the assembly and this picture shows what I just found. I assume this means the wet clutch would need replaced too while draining and flushing the oil. What else should I consider or be looking at? Any idea what could cause this? I don't see visible leaks or cracks in the system anywhere. Thanks in advance for the help!

I'm looking to purchase a 2015 Massimo 550 that might have an issue with it's throttle position sensor.
From the fella selling this UTV, he claims its to set the idle on fuel injection because the engine will not stay idle or when it starts sometimes it idles too high.
My Question if anyone had any issues with their Massimo 550 and if it was actually the TPS or something else that would allow the machine to idle correctly.
      Thanks!

2010 Hisun 500 - Carbed'.  She sat for about 3 weeks since last use.  Couldn't get it started.... has spark but plug was not wet.  Bought new plug, cleaned the carb, confirmed fuel pump (pulse type) is working.  Still nothing.  Put gas in the plug hole.... started right up and idled as normal and drove perfect.  Used it for the rest of the day without issue.  Tried to start again next morning.... same problem.  Poured gas in plug hole again.... started up and best kind again.
Anyone have any insight to what's going on?
