My grandpa has a Yamaha wolverine side by side. It has a solid rear axle.  The problem is it tears up the yard when he turns. Question is has anyone or can he make it into a differential by anyway gear box swap or change some gears. Thanks if you can help!

More than likely not, iI'm surprised it doesn't have a  locking/unlocking differential. as they are fairly standard on most  side by sides. You might try to find a Carlisle Turf Saver tire that fits it, but  i am  not sure they would work in this case.

The specs for the 2018 wolverine, say it has a three way, on demand locking differential. As Travis has said it's surprising for it to not have that as stock. Are you certain that it's not a mistake? Is it new, with an owners manual? If its determined that it absolutely has a full time locked differential. There's a possibility that you could easily swap out a locker mechanism from a different model wolverine.

My older LM 650 is blowing fuel into the air cleaner.  Any idea on what would cause this?  It is the Suzuki motor.  Not sure what model year it is.

Decided to do an oil change on the Massimo ...drained oil, screen was very clean even tho oil wasn't.  Then went to remove old filter.. holy crap ..I tried every tool I have, could not budge it..Went to store and got one of the end cap type..fit nice and tight, put a 1/2 in drive ratchet on it..nope..not moving.  Put a 18 on breaker bar o. It. The inside of the removal tool broke off!!  Had to weld it back together. Put a pipe on the bar for more leverage.  Finally broke it loose..
I have never seen a filter in my 55 yrs of working on engines so tight..And i was the one who put it on 2 yrs ago.  JUST HAND TIGHT!

Just bought a 2014 Volunteer. Can anyone tell me what parts have to come off to change the oil and filter. I can see them but I can't figure out how to access them. Thank You

When I am driving at 30 to 40 mph on the highway, the display will change from H (high) to R (reverse).  It does not actually shift into reverse, it seems to shift into neutral and starts losing speed and the gas pedal has no effect.  After the rpm/speed drops for 5 seconds or so, it changes back to H and runs fine for another minute or so.  You have to try to drive it at less than 5000 rpm or so, to try and keep this from happening.  Any ideas on what the problem might be?  It only happens at the higher speeds.

I am going to replace the batteries in my E1. I am not interested in the high cost Lithium or the expensive 6 volt dry batteries.  I am considering four 12 volt deep charge marine batteries. I have a source for 810 amp units for about $100 each.  I have no worries about reprograming the charger because it went out a few years ago and I replaced it with generic golf cart charger. When I decide to do this, I'll keep you posted on the results.
