I'm not familier with this buggy at all.   Does any of the warning stickers-badges give any idea?  (on top of the fuel tank)

I will have to check. I don't believe they do. At a loss on trying to find parts for it and they are thinking about a new engine. No paperwork on it doesn't help either. I appreciate you trying to help.

That logo on the steering wheel looks a lot like the Textron Logo.

I haven't give up, yet. There should be some sort of company name on one of the decal-warning labels.

I have new info on the engine I was talking about. It's a Joyner LJ276M 650cc 2 cylinder. Travis sticker was on the engine. Do you know of anyplace that sells engine parts

The engine makes it look like your ride is a Joyner Commando 650; maybe an early year model.  The picture of the engine compartment on other websites is very, very similar to yours for the Commando.  The same engine is used in the Joyner Sandspider and probably other rides.  That should give you a start in searching for parts.
