2016 Cub Cadet Challenger Crew 750 Help Needed

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone, I’m new to the forum and was looking to get some help from anyone that has the same UTV as mine.

So I just picked up a 2016 Cub cadet challenger crew with eps. It’s needs work, the guy that I bought it from completely took the machine apart due to needing an engine rebuild, but he also took off some spare parts to keep for his other machine. So basically I’m missing a few electronics, I think I’m missing a relay box and ecu but I’m not sure. I’ve looked everywhere on the internet for some pictures under the hood and can’t find anything. I’ve found part schematics but some of the pictures are not clear.

Can someone please open up their hood and post a few pictures of that area? There are a few bolt locations but I can’t find what goes there. It would really help me out.

Sledge, sorry for the late response, but thank you for the picture, it really helped me out.

I'm almost done with this project but realized that the previous owner for some reason cut the grey pigtail that goes to the ecu in the back off. I bought a new pigtail but the colors are different. Can anyone take a picture of the gray plug from the engine harness that plugs into ecu? It's under the back right seat. BTW, I cannot find another harness that's why I need to solder a new pigtail. I would appreciate any help, thank you!

      Greetings,
I have a client that wants me to install a heater of some sort to aid in cold weather starting (she uses it at her business, has had issues starting the last few days in sub-zero). I would prefer a coolant heater to a pan heater (silicone pad), but I cant for the life of me find the diameter of the coolant hoses. Heck, I'm not even sure if it would work as well in this application given how long the hose is compared to tractors and trucks I have installed them in.
Any advice you could give me would be GREATLY appreciated.

I have a 2020 axis 500 and I have replaced the TPS twice and the whole throttle body assembly once and still have code 122. I can barely drive the thing. It bucks and surges like crazy

We recently purchased the Axis x550. Fueled it with 93 fuel and drove one time around the farm and the 02 fault error appeared. Any ideas?

      Hi
I have a 2022 hisun sector eps 550. 30amp fuse is blown for eps. Checked the motor and it’s fine. Opened up the controller and found a bad diode. Dealer wanted 500$ for the controller. Just posting this in case it helps someone. I couldn’t read numbers from the old one so just took a guess and replaced it with a 100v 3amp diode.
