Congratulations John!

More than a little envious - but with inches of snow predicted here I guess i can wait.

Thanks to you all, I asked the right question; I'm #2 in a line of 7 at St Boni Motor sports. The initial recall mods have already been done.

Edited:

wait, 'you're next in line' is what i tell people who aren't and Johns not reading these posts - he's out riding! :)

Picked mine up Friday, worked on the ranch all day Saturday and Sunday, love it, worth the wait. Ordered Jan 15. Front cab warm at the feet with the heat from the radiator, still cool here so no complaints, but come summer will have to get the Hood Scoop from Rockin' R Customs. Went with the over sized springs, What a nice ride, easy on the old back.

We picked up our Mule Friday afternoon. Been waiting since the first day of stop sale! I know Kawasaki customer service will be glad to not hear from my husband and me anymore on the stop sale issue 😂😂

Very nice! Is that a Whomoto roof and windshield or am I mistaken?

Your wheels and hood don’t look standard for any of the models offered (or Kawasaki accessories). Did you change these out or what?  Love them and would like more info on them.

Hello all, my first post here.

I have been considering a Mule for a couple of years.  Yesterday I went to go get one and learned about the stop sale (bad timing I know).  Hopefully in the next couple weeks they'll have the fix.  Bummer I won't get a chance to ride it for a few weeks before the heat of summer begins in mid May though.  My brother has a Polaris General 4 1000 so it's time to get a sxs so I can go out with him.  Yes, I know I won't be able to go everywhere he goes, but that's ok, I don't need too.

Hello Ashley, looks to me like you had a lift put on the Mule, did you?

What size wheels/tires are those too?

Nah, I bet that Mule can go farther than a Poolaris

I don't know his General is pretty badass.  He's always been more hardcore than me when it comes to off-roading.

I prefer more of the trails and streams where he'll go up 30-40 degree slopes and traverse through 2 feet of water or mud and over rocks and stuff.  I just want a SxS that I can take out with my kids without abusing my truck.

So I'm interested in a side by side of some sort.
Not sure what make/model to even look at.

I would plan on riding on trails with very rough rocky terrain and plenty of mud. Maybe sand once in a long while. I like LOTS of power and drive fast, but also like a trail that is a challenge to get through. I think 4x4 would be a must. I like the idea of a supercharged engine, but I have never owned one, and would be a little concerned about long term reliability or expensive difficult engine repairs. If anyone knows quads, my favorite was the 2008 Polaris Outlaw 525 IRS. For dirt bikes, I raced a 2008 KTM 450 SX-F. So that gives you an idea of what type of off road stuff I liked.
I don't like "utility quads" or "trail bikes". And likewise, I dont want a turd UTV. I want something that looks awesome and performs awesome. 2 seater with some cargo capacity at the minimum.

      Thoughts?

The Axis 500 will not shift into low or reverse.  I have high when it should be in low and all the other places it is reverse.  The gears in the shift cover are fine and I shifted it when the cover was off and yet no change (so it can't be the shifting mechanism gears).  I t has been difficult to get it into low for awhile.  But now it is either high or reverse, no neutral either.

Just received delivery of a 2024 AMP Pro.  Thought I'd start a thread with my impressions as I use it and learn more.  There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of real-world usage information out there on this model.  Hope this will help others as they research.
      Intended Use Cases
Fire mitigation / slash removal from a 5 acre forested and well-gamble-oaked property.  The previous owners thought as much about fire mitigation as I do about fashion: not much. Snow removal Stump pulling General hauling (rock, lumber, etc.) Weimaraner energy depletion.  Wasn't an original use case, but a nice added bonus.  Experiences So Far
Wasn't impressed that two of the bumpers on the underside of the bed where it sits upon the frame were missing.  The metal on metal contact has damaged the powder coating and the frame.  I expect a little better QC.
I've only put a few hours on it, so not a ton to report on usage.  It isn't quiet; it's silent.  I can't even detect an electric note from the motor. I removed (and subsequently replaced) the motor cover noticed that the motor is German and made by Schambuller.  The motor controller is Italian and made by Dana TM4.  Given the operating specs of both I found on the web, I suspect both are higher quality than the previous Navitas (which is supposed to be decent).  The motor is rated at 25 hp and 71.5 lb-ft of torque.  It feels very powerful.  All the torque is delivered instantly, if desired.
The bed is huge and has an electric dump as standard.  Great feature but would like it to go up a bit more.  Probably not feasible from an engineering perspective, but I want and I need ;).
Power steering is nice, but vague.  Probably common to many UTVs, but I am accustomed to more direct results from input.  Plan early and plan often.
In our first full day of usage, we hauled about 1/2 as much slash as the entire rest of the year when I was doing it by hand cart.  I may get fatter, but I'll also get more done.  After a few days of usage, the battery meter has gone down by 1/10th.
      Until next time...

Hey guys. I was wondering if anyone pressure washes their Mule underbody. Three years in, I have yet to do this. I'm worried that the pressure washer could damage or dislodge something but it's gotten to the point that it could use a bath. Any thoughts?

My dad has recently acquired a 2510 Kawasaki mule Diesel powered. It worked fine  few weeks and then quit driving. Put a new belt on just to see. Still not driving. It already had a new clutch. Belt turns when in drive or reverse and back wheels are off ground to test. But wheels not turning. Thoughts?
