I go pick mine up the 30th

Congratulations! I got a bit of good news myself today. My dealer has my parts. I don't have a pick up date at this time.

That’s great news guys!!! Make sure you post some pictures when you pick em up.

I haven’t heard anything from my dealer in while...the way things are going right now, I don’t mind hanging on to my money a little longer.

Mind if I share?  I have  a 4 year old and a 5 year old girl. I'm doing it all solo. I'm a work from home EE with a huge French company, who came back to me this week with there is nothing they can do for me in the middle of this pandemic. With no school, no daycare and no options from my company, I had quit yesterday. My silver lining is I got this Mule FX already paid for -and last Christmas I bought 20 acres near the family farm. There is a class 1 trout stream (restocking not needed) running through the bottom of the land and another 10 acres tillable up top. 80% of the surrounding land belongs to childhood friends or family. Everything (except for the highway) out there is open to UTV's. I got a 20 minute straight shot of ATV route from home to there and an abandon RR track that leads straight to the small town I grew up in.  I hope to have one hell of a great summer.

I have experienced some not so nice situations in my life as well. Keep your head up and attitude right where it sounds like it is. This will all work out. I have the feeling you and those two little girls are going to be just fine.

I’m in Texas, purchased a FXT-EPS Camo last week. Dealer told me they were getting recall kits weekly but it seemed that they were only getting kits for those units reported sold. The last two they have sold received parts within 3-4 days. I am hoping to be able to pick ours up soon.  GM told me that CPSC was not happy with Kawasaki over a previous issue unrelated and sat on a The approval which started this mess, then the Coronavirus complicated getting parts from manufacturer.

Has anyone had any updates...I expected to hear from my dealer by now but still nothing.

I found out yesterday that I can pick mine up on Saturday (Illinois dealer)

If you put a deposit down for the mule, or paid for it, call Kawasaki's hot line, and ask them where you stand in line to get parts. They can give you a lot of straight information. I called every week until I got mine. They looked at my dealer's requests, and I just happened to be on the top of the list for my dealer. Parts available are being shipped to dealers on a first come first served basis. So, I have had my Mule Pro DXT for a couple of weeks now. Love my Mule Pro DXT !

Got mine a week ago.  It's well worth the wait.   Be sure you have a seat belt plugged into the driver's spot if not you won't go over 10mph. Found that out the hard way.

What is the phone number to kawasaki to get an update.   My dealer wanted me to pay for mine in full before they would order the parts for it.   I'm not to happy about this seeing as they told me it would only be a couple of days at most to get the parts in.

I am having a problem with your dealer on this one. All of this turmoil has been caused by a "stop sale" which means they cannot sell the machine to you until they have the parts installed that they are holding over your head for payment.

I talked to customer service...they said my parts would be at the dealer next week.

It made me think...do they keep a certain number of parts back for the people that complain, then ship the parts to their dealer?  It’s odd that a few people on here have called and ‘been the next in line’.

Bit of background. First the machine would take for ever to start. So I adjusted the valve shims into spec and made sure the timing is correct. Starts perfectly now.

now it fluctuates on idle. Bogs down, Revs up, repeat. I noticed the fuel pressure drops from 60psi to 20psi while that happens. It also bogs down at the lower end of each gear, higher rpm seems to be fine. Seems to struggle under load. In neutral it revs up perfectly.

brand new fuel pump, fuel filter, gas. I noticed on the fuel pressure regulator there’s that vacuum nipple, it’s not attached to anything and I’m not sure where it would go. Possibly the problem?

Another issue is the tip off the end of the exhaust is broken off, sensor is still attached and connected. Could that cause these issues?

my next plan was to look into the pressure regulator and voltage to fuel pump while driving. Is there anything I’m missing or any ideas you guys have?

      thanks!

I purchased a new 2023 Landmaster UTV L4 in October of 2023.  UTV didn't seem to have as much power of the demo L4 that I drove but figured once it broke in it would be better.  After about a week the unit started bogging down backfiring and stopping.  Gas fumes really bad, wait a few minutes and it would start up again.  Brought it back to the dealer and after keeping it for a few weeks said he couldn't find anything wrong with it.  Got it back home and it started acting up again, brought it back to dealer a week later and he said he found couple things that might cause it to do run bad and he was able to replicate the issue but didn't really know what was wrong.  Got it back home again after being at dealer for several weeks and the unit started running bad again right away.  Brought it back to dealer and he went back and forth with Kohler about possible fixes but just checked somethings and try to swap a few parts but still runs bad.  I called Landmaster HQ to speak with someone about a refund and was told that was handled at the dealer level.  Dealer called Landmaster and they told him they didn't do refunds or exchanges especially with units that had problems.  The dealer is now trying to get a new engine to but I have not heard anything as of yet.  I did file complaint with Better Business Bureau and they accepted my claim and reached out to Landmaster.  The National Service Manager called me and said the he had been contacted by the BBB about the complaint and he would look into it.  I told him that I would just like to have my down payment of $2,000.00 returned and never mind the over $1,000.00 I have paid in notes for a UTV that I cannot even ride on without hoping it gets me around the neighborhood.  I have found out that the 2024 Landmaster UTVs will have Vanguard engines due to issues with the Kohler engines.  Very disappointed in what is "Proudly Made in the USA" and the way Landmaster has treated this disabled veteran!

Hello everyone! I am new here and have no experience with UTVs but I am quickly getting some. I have a shifting problem where I can shift through all gears without the engine running but as soon as I start the engine I can not select a gear. Yes, foot is on the brake and yes the pin is being pulled to go into reverse if I was to try going into reverse. The shift lever does not move. I adjusted the linkage to get more accurate shifting with the engine off so I know those are now correct. I opened the shift lever housing to inspect the teeth on the gear and found this picture below. Why is this oil so milky looking? I assume with oil like this I'll need to replace the wet clutch as well but am not positive. Does anyone have any input into how to flush this system and get things shifting correctly? Thanks in advance for all the help!

Hi everyone. I am new here to the forum and am excited to learn from all of you with more experience than me with UTVs. Our Axis750 we use on the hobby farm started to have some issues going into gear. Yes, foot is on the brake and completely stopped as required with these machines. I thought it was the linkage and adjusted it to where it is accurately shifting with the engine off and key in the on position. I start the engine and it won't shift gears (yes foot is on the brake). I thought maybe it was the shift lever teeth so I opened the assembly and this picture shows what I just found. I assume this means the wet clutch would need replaced too while draining and flushing the oil. What else should I consider or be looking at? Any idea what could cause this? I don't see visible leaks or cracks in the system anywhere. Thanks in advance for the help!
