New to the Joyner community.  Bought a used 2016 1100 sand viper in descent shape. Only 155 miles.   Runs great.  It just rattles quite a bit in the front when riding on rough gravel / hard-packed dirt roads outside St Johns.  Removed front wheels and seems to be coming from both upper and lower suspension arm bushings/radial bearings (see pic); both left and right.  Seems like some play inside the eyelets - as I shake the arms a bit.  I assume it's not supposed be loose in there like that and the bushing/bearings are worn.  Anyone have had this issue and how did you go about changing them?

Also looking at some mods soon.  Thinking power steering first but can't see springing $1200 for ones at Joyner USA  + installation.  Already upgraded seat belts, tires and made my own windshield.

1.  Power Steering. Alright on straight runs but on tight trails, not easy

2.  Shocks...shocks...shocks.  Still has stock. Need suggestions on what is available to replace with.  Something with a little more travel.

2.  Some way to make shifting easier. The cable is too far down the clutch action arm.

3.  New rims.  The stock ones loose air, albeit slowly, faster then the spare I got from Powersport Superstore.

4. Turbo kit.  I have the stock 1100 cherry engine

5.  Cup holders!!  Haha.  Funny but, for real man, where do I put my drink at?

You don't happen to also be in/near Phoenix, AZ?   With any work you would do, I would need to bring it to your shop in Tehachapi, CA?

I just bought a 2016 Sand viper 1100 and I am having thr same issue with the rattle. I see you posted this a few years ago. How did you fix it? Mine only has 260 miles on it. It's only coming from the front right bottom A arm joint.

Please get back to me. If you could call that would be even better.  406-239-5446 my name is Kyle

Recently, my unit Axis 500 (2020) will only go into reverse and neutral. I am not able to get high or low. The engine itself sounds fine and I do not have other issues on this unit. I change the engine oil but have not yet changed the gear oil.
Before this happened I occasionally encountered issue where going from reverse to high gear, it would grind some and i had to reposition to shift into high gear. I also for last couple weeks heard a squeaking sound. I couldn't tell what it was. Was looking for a grease point I missed.
The unit has around 70 hours and is kept in the garage.
Anyone else encounter this type of scenario? Any suggestions on troubleshooting would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have a Joyner Trooper 1100 4 place that has been sitting for a number of years. I have everything taken care of but i can't get the fuel through the injectors. Fuel pump puts full pressure on them but they don't turn on or spray fuel. Any ideas?

      Thanks for accepting me!
Haven't got a side by side yet, but have been shopping.
Any advice welcome & I am on a limited budget, so haven't decided yet on new or used.

I just purchased a used 2023 Massimo warrior UTV SxS 1000mx with 600 miles on it. I didn't even get a full day of riding and the driver's side rear axle broke. I'm pretty sure it was already going bad because we would hear a noise once in a while. I'm wondering if anyone else has had problems with theirs. Also looking for places to buy accessories.

I need a pair of front shocks for a Landpride Treker 4200NT, from 2005?  Does anyone know of a good salvage yard - or another source?
The old shocks have "SEBAC 11685 12 3" stamped on them (or something very close - it's hard to read). I think SEBAC are (were?) an Italian company.
Is there a compatible shock I can use? I don't have easy access to a scrap yard where I can compare shocks etc.
      Thanks,
      -Kim
