I bought a Titan Explorer back in 2012 and have had nothing but electrical problems with it ever since. It mostly sits in the garage and I thin I have 160 hours on it since I got it. The place I bought it from is gone and although I suspect it is a Chinese or Japanese I cannot find any service manuals on it.

I'll post up some pics in the general forum in the hopes that someone can point me in the right direction. What I would like to do is to pull ALL of the wiring out and start over with bare bones... nothing but essential operations.

This looks like a good group so hopefully I can help as well as be helped.

Sorry we didn't see you until now. Hope you found your answer, because it's a curious combination of issues you've brought up. Making this a tough nut to crack, using a proper long term solution. 

What you'd need is a new wiring harness to do what you've suggested. The problem would be in finding it. Most of these types of off brand buggies are tough to find some parts for. And a wiring harness would be one of the harder parts to find.

Not being familiar with the brand that you've mentioned. The only thing that I could offer, in the way of finding a full harness. Would be to say that some of the Chinese models are Yamaha Rhino clones. And if that's the case for yours, maybe you could find a solution in the Rhino aftermarket. 

They make generic harnesses for the auto market. But I'd be surprised if that's the case for the s×s market. But maybe you could use another harness from a similar buggy in that same generic fashion.

      My wife accidentally ran the Axis 500 into a fence and tore the front end up (broke her arm too). Just wondering where the best place to get front end parts? I know she busted the knuckle but haven’t jacked it up yet. Thanks guys for any help!

      Ive searched and cannot find any performance parts that fit my machine.
      I have a 2020 coleman ut400.
      Im looking for machined sheave kit, programmers, cdi, exhaust and intake.
      I know these are yamaha rhino clones but are they rhino 450 clones?

      Maybe members can post where they have obtained parts and service for their Hisun produced UTVs and ATVs, including the Coleman lines.  Maybe post the model you have, what you bought,  and how the products were quality wise.  Also if you had any shop service done, where (city & state) and how it worked out for you.

      Howdy new member here . My hobby's Rabbit dogs , gamefowl . I'm retired from my real job but I stay busy with the hounds and gamefowl . So to help around the farm I ran across an old 2007 CC Big Country 4x2 to haul feed , water , sprayer and my sorry a$$ .It is in pretty good shape , 781 hrs. good plastic , tires, ect. . But as anything outside and 18 years old it needs seats ! The thing I have found wrong mechically the Diff. Lock Acturtor is broken where it mounts to the bracket ( partly why Im here ) . Hoping someone here can help  ! Just my wish list but Id like to find a roll cage and a composit/plastic top for it Im thinking I'll need a donor to salvage these things from ( again partly why Im here ) .Is there another brand that uses this same actuator? If anyone reads this and has or knows of any of threse parts PLEASE HOLLER !!
