Buck 400 EFI revs high befoe moving

My new Buck 400 EFI has to rev over 4,000 RPM before it moves and seems to be slipping when placed under a load. Is this normal?

i assume it uses a CVT belt set up?

If its brand new, take it to where you purchased it or contact the manufacture... Im sure that is NOT normal...

I am reluctant to say this, but it sounds like you have the hand brake engaged.

Thanks Kent! That was one of the first things I checked. I even looked at all four rotors to make sure the pads weren't stuck.
