Ok update....

Have done some digging and  apparently  this is is the "secondary air intake pump".....

Would love some pictures of how a stock setup is configured....is this needed?

Im in the same boat as you, when you look at the manual or the replacement part, the lower fat hose is a high heat hose, I spoke to a mechanic who in Canada is supposed to be the whos who for these machines he said it attaches to the exhaust system, mine looks like it broke off - but in the same breath he said they just take them off and seal off the vacuum hose portion (did not get exactly how he did that so bought a new one just to be safe) so I will look this weekend to see if i can find the exhaust port that it supposed to go to and see if that fixes my no idle issue - it was running fine up until 2 weeks ago then just wouldn't idle.  Put in new carb, gas line, filters the works, waiting on ignition cable and fuel pump just to be safe to see if that works.

Thanks

well.... mine is definitely not attached and it idles fine....

If there is an exhaust port that this attaches to please take a pic and post....I am getting occasional fumes in to the cab and if there is an open port that would prob be the source.

I plan on removing it completely as from what I have read it was there to meet environmental standards.....

(Can't remember where I read that but since mine seems to be running fine without it I will go with the assumption that it is not critical for operation)😀

If you lift the back, look at the exhaust and just above it is the port here is the parts breakdown - the guy told me to remove it, seal it with smaller length screws and plug the hose or

remove it completely - my guess is that i just take out the 3 way connector, connect it directly to the fuel pump and see what that does.

I recently purchased a 2024 Hisun 550 Sector from Kreps Service Station and am having issues with the gear selector, I am doing as instructed in the owners manual but the shifter acts like it is binding or the button lock isn't releasing, the shifter will not move, I have to wiggle it back and forth while pushing hard on the brake and if it's in park or reverse it's nearly impossible to get it to move, I contacted Justin Krep and he says this is normal with these machines, I find that hard to believe, I've owned many utvs and side x sides and have never had this kind of issue with any of them, any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.

I have a Joyner Trooper 1100 4 place that has been sitting for a number of years. I have everything taken care of but i can't get the fuel through the injectors. Fuel pump puts full pressure on them but they don't turn on or spray fuel. Any ideas?

As I tried to do a conversion with the Yamaha 660 motor, I realized the 660 was never fuel injected so it would not work for the fuel injected hisun motor swap. But the good thing is the hisun 750 motor is a clone of the 660 Yamaha but with the components for the fuel injection (cam/crank position sensor). So that left me with a new rebuilt Yamaha 660 and still a broke 750 hisun motor. I took apart 750 think the timing chain had broke from all that I've heard about these motors. The chain was not broke, but just off cam and crank gears! The chain tensioner was at fault!  I've ordered Yamaha 660 replacement parts, chain, two exhaust valves (which got bent when chain came off while motor was spinning) and seals. The piston has 2 little nicks where it had hit valves but no damage otherwise. The head is being redone at the machine shop and I'll be putting it back together in the next couple of weeks. Also I finally tracked down a Service Manual with all the info on the 550/750 Challenger.
