Hello, looking at another 2018 CC MX EPS 750. I contacted CC and was informed that anyone with a cracked or broken manifold can go to their dealer and have it repaired with the 2019 update, at no cost. It is a "fix as fail" warranty of the manifold. Has anyone attempted to have it replaced?

It isn't totally clear from your post. But if the unit you're looking at, has this condition. And the price reflects that. I'd contact a couple of different dealers and ask if they'd fix it for free.

Yes I did new muffler and pipes it broke offset the manifold they didn't replace it so I welded it with two straps for reinforcement didnt get 500 hundred miles out of the new one

There is a recall on the faulty manifold which can crack/break. The company will only replace it if it cracks/breaks. It's called a "fix as fail." I spoke to a dealer who informed me that he has never had one come in with this conditions and he sells many. The new systems have been revised. The dealer did state that if it cracks, they photo it, then send it to the company to get the OK (or not) to proceed to replace it, which is quite expensive. Just something to keep in mind if this happened to you, and it's  worth a shot. Also, there is no time period to have it replaced.

I contacted the dealer to look up the history on it and it has never had any issues.

It doesn't sound like they're too concerned about this issue. So I wouldn't expect much. You might need an alternate plan. Possibly repair the existing manifold?

Edited to add that, it seems that it's become a non issue. Good luck!

Wish o had known. It cost me $900 to upgrade my 2017

Ouch! You could've probably ported the exhaust, and had a custom header made for that much lol.

How many miles on it before this happened? I know, CC should have contacted every owner. I would contact them anyway in regards to their recall and failure to contact you. Worth a try? Does anyone know if CC upgraded the manifold/muffler system in 2019 or 2020?

700 miles, bought used.  The short setup on the 2017 left with no flex pipe was doomed for problems.   The upgrade was done to 2019 models.  I welded mine twice before installing the upgrade.  Even at the cost and my labor it was worth it.

You had no choice but to fix the issue, but I would still call the company. Although they failed to notify all owners, of the recall, they will remain silent unless you call them on it.

My buddy has a ut400 that the forward gear keeps popping out of gear. She only has like 400 miles on the odometer .the shift cable has been adjusted and the shift lever has been updated / modified. All other gears are good. Is there an internal detent cam or something that wears out or shift fork that can be replaced ? Or is there some other magic that I can perform ? Looks like the engine needs to be split.

      Hi All,
New here, but bought a 2022 Sector 750 brand new last march (old stock up here in Canada)
It's a good bike so far, but I have noticed a quirk and was wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue?

The issue I've had is if I leave the utv parked on any incline, not even a major incline, and leave it to sit for a while (day or two) it will not start properly. It will turn over and not fire until I press the gas pedal, when it will run and rev up, but if I let off the gas it will die. It will keep doing this until I either start it in gear and drive it for a bit or leave it in neutral and roll it down the hill to flatter ground. where it will have to sit for a while.
If I park it on a decline there is no issue. fuel is not low, it's occurred a couple times now.

Any thoughts on the cause of this? Dealership just says bring it in and let them take a look, at my expense of course.
