Bennche big horn reverse not working

Checked cable and shifter linkage. All looks good. No slack or slop. When put in reverse you can hear something internal on the gear case grind the kick out reverse. Has anyone else had this issue and no what parts usually cause this?

Hi new to forum just joined today. My powermax was doing the same but in low gear. I adjusted shifter rod (loosened jam nut and turned rod). Low worked fine but reverse started doing what yours is doing. Adjusted again a bit the opposite way and no issues ever since. That was about 5 years ago. Don’t know if this is your problem but something to try that’s easy. I just counted rotations to know where stock was. Hopefully it’s that easy for you. Good luck.

When i first got it. I had to adjust the shift rod because of that. Didnt have much issue after that. Then it started back again. Tried to adjust it again with no improvement. Now it will rarely stay in reverse at any time. No matter how Much i adjust the linkage  Think something internal is broken now.

      2015 Massimo 550 Throttle Position Sensor issue

      I'm looking to purchase a 2015 Massimo 550 that might have an issue with it's throttle position sensor.   
      From the fella selling this UTV, he claims its to set the idle on fuel injection because the engine will not stay idle or when it starts sometimes it idles too high.
      My Question if anyone had any issues with their Massimo 550 and if it was actually the TPS or something else that would allow the machine to idle correctly.

      2020 Axis 500 - only getting reverse and neutral

      Recently, my unit Axis 500 (2020) will only go into reverse and neutral. I am not able to get high or low. The engine itself sounds fine and I do not have other issues on this unit. I change the engine oil but have not yet changed the gear oil.
      Before this happened I occasionally encountered issue where going from reverse to high gear, it would grind some and i had to reposition to shift into high gear. I also for last couple weeks heard a squeaking sound. I couldn't tell what it was. Was looking for a grease point I missed.
      The unit has around 70 hours and is kept in the garage.
      Anyone else encounter this type of scenario? Any suggestions on troubleshooting would be appreciated. Thanks.

      We have a 2018 Cub Cadet Challenger 400 and I found this Internally Threaded Bolt with a 10mm head size laying in the floor of the shop bay here on our ranch where we park the Cub Cadet.
      Trying to figure out where it belongs...

      2024 Hisun Sector 550 gear sector binding

      I recently purchased a 2024 Hisun 550 Sector from Kreps Service Station and am having issues with the gear selector, I am doing as instructed in the owners manual but the shifter acts like it is binding or the button lock isn't releasing, the shifter will not move, I have to wiggle it back and forth while pushing hard on the brake and if it's in park or reverse it's nearly impossible to get it to move, I contacted Justin Krep and he says this is normal with these machines, I find that hard to believe, I've owned many utvs and side x sides and have never had this kind of issue with any of them, any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.

      Hisun Vector E1 - Gear oils

      I've had a Hisun Vector E1 for just a bit longer than is required for me to do some maintenance. While it's well-overdue, it only drives 1.5km a few times each week on a fairly decent gravel road (to the letterbox), and it has worked really well right from the get-go.
      Looking at the manual it states that I need to use SAE80 API GL-4 Hypoid Gear Oil for the Main gear Case, and SAE80 API GL-5 Hypoid Gear Oil for the Front gear Case - unfortunately i can't find either of those online here in Australia. Plenty of options that look close, but, as someone who has never driven any vehicle before, I want to use the right thing and it's a tad confusing.
      My question: Since there are no oils that are bang on SAE80 (they all seem to cover a range) would Liqui Moly Hypoid GL4 Gear Oil 80W-90  & Motorex Hypoid GL-5 Gear Oil 80W90 - be ok to use? (Or any other suggestions of what I might be able to purchase online in Australia) And would I have to drain out any existing oil from both gear cases?
      This is a whole new world for me and  being able to find exactly what is specified in the manual hasn't made this easy!
