Hi everyone new to utv board

I have a 2012 Joyner R2 im having a loss of power unit idles fine and starts right up but bogs down around 2000 + rpms unit will then begin fluctuating high rpm low rpm Repeatedly under throttle  it’s  almost like it’s in a limp mode fuel line will stiffen and go back loose again I can see the pump look like it’s cutting on and off while this is happening  I I have changed all vacuum lines fuel lines changed FPR and fuel pump And also the injectors  and I have swapped out the TPS sensor

Things to look for:  Check your fuel pump pressure.  Should be a constant 50psi give or take a couple of psi's.  The pressure regulator might be going bad.  Ensure you have the full 12vdc to the fuel pump.  Check the fuel pump relay, also.  A loose wire or bad relay contact can cause intermitten fuel pump operation at higher RPMs (more vibration).  Fuel demands at idle are much less than at higher RPMs.  That's why it starts and idles fine.

Thanks for the reply I just got a new fpr in today so swapping that now I will check all that you’ve mentioned much appreciated!!

You should be able to borrow a fuel pressure tester from your local auto parts store. Connect it between the pressure regulator and the injector rail. That is the sure way to know what is happening at the injector rail.

I just purchased a used 2023 Massimo warrior UTV SxS 1000mx with 600 miles on it. I didn't even get a full day of riding and the driver's side rear axle broke. I'm pretty sure it was already going bad because we would hear a noise once in a while. I'm wondering if anyone else has had problems with theirs. Also looking for places to buy accessories.

      Hi
I have a 2022 hisun sector eps 550. 30amp fuse is blown for eps. Checked the motor and it’s fine. Opened up the controller and found a bad diode. Dealer wanted 500$ for the controller. Just posting this in case it helps someone. I couldn’t read numbers from the old one so just took a guess and replaced it with a 100v 3amp diode.

I've got a 2023 UT400 (bought from tractor supply) and I've been beating my head against a wall with it.
It will start and idle perfectly. The second I touch the throttle it sputters and dies.
I've checked that the fuel pump is working  (it is).
I've replaced the injector, throttle position sensor, O2 sensor, and intake air sensor. All with no change.

I've just taken a look a the schematic, and there is a crank position sensor as well.

Could this be the source of my troubles? If so, where is this thing located? I can't seem to find it on any drawings from the parts suppliers.
