Customization options include choosing the muffler canister type as well as the color and material combinations on all of the individual components, even the bolts! "This is a very exciting time for Two Brothers Racing," Jeff Whitten, Vice President of TBR said. "As a company of racers, riders and enthusiasts, we appreciate the desire for innovative styling in performance products. Riders want to stand out from the crowd and our Custom Exhaust Design Center allows on and off-road motorcycle, ATV, UTV and scooter enthusiasts the opportunity to add their own style to our high performance exhaust."

Customers simply select the make and model of their machine, pick the material for the canister (Aluminum, Titanium or Carbon Fiber) based on performance needs and style preferences and then click through different component color combinations until they come up with their own perfect look. Add in a personalized logo badge with their name and number-or pick from other badge designs-and their done.

The Custom Exhaust Design Center is open now and can be seen at www.twobros.com or by checking with your local Two Brothers Racing dealer.

Hello everyone, second time posted looking for assistance. First time you all were a great help!
I have an 2013 XY Powersports 600GKE UTV, sweet little machine when she was running. My youngest last fall get it covered in mud, and then blew the engine. I mean she doesn't start any more, and we've even tried rebuilding it since he's in a Vocational School for Power Sports and Diesel course, but no luck.
One of the other members (NVM"something") was really knowledgeable about the machine I had and the engine, all I can tell you is its a CFMoto. If I can't find a replacement, does anyone know if there is one that it can be easily swapped out with, or even minor modifications.

      Thanks!
      Myron

Coleman UT 400 has a strong sulfur/emissions smell from exhaust all the time.  Kind of like it’s running rich and a catalytic converter is trying to make it run cleaner so it smells bad. Also misfires when warm. Idles fine. Full throttle fine. In between it cuts out. Do these have catalytic converters?  Almost acts like it might be clogged if so.

The conversion took about 350lbs. off the vehicle.  It never rode great, but now I feel every  crack in the road.  I have backed off spring compression nut to the point just under where they would move around if suspension was at full extension, but it is still very stiff.  I would like to put some softer coilover springs on it, but I have no idea what the spring rate is with the original springs so I would just be guessing on what to order.  Does anyone have the data for the original spring compression rate?  I am willing to give up a little ground clearance for a softer ride. Right now when sitting still the rear suspension is at or near full extension and the rear tires have several degrees of camber which will cause uneven wear if allowed to continue in this state.
