Hi UTV Board – We are seeking input for a survey on UTV ownership and will compensate participants for their time. I work at a market research firm called EY-Parthenon and we are conducting a survey to better understand trends in the UTV community and how riders think about purchasing, using, and outfitting their UTVs. The survey should only take 10-15 minutes to complete, and we will compensate those that finish with a $10 gift card, which can be used at many notable retailers (including Target, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Cabela’s, Bass Pro Shops, and Amazon). All data will be anonymized and aggregated, and survey respondents will not receive any outreach or solicitation after they have completed the survey.

Please note that we are keeping this survey open over the next few days, but we may have to close it earlier depending on how many responses we receive.

Respondents will know if they have completed the survey if they are asked a question to input their email address to send the gift card. We are looking to survey respondents over the age of 18 and strictly UTV owners.

If you are interested in participating in our survey, please click the link here:

If you have any questions about our survey, please direct your questions to <[email protected]>

EDIT: I thank those for participating! Our survey has been closed. Respondents can expect their gift cards within 1-2 weeks.

@Joe Breaux Hi Joe! Once completed, survey respondents would be asked to provide their email address to receive a $10 gift card, which would be sent to their inboxes in 1-2 weeks upon closure of the survey. This gift card can be redeemed at multiple large retailers like Target, Amazon, Home Depot, and others.

@Bill L Hi Bill! Apologize if there is a misunderstanding, but once the survey is completed, you would be asked to provide your email address to receive a gift card within 1-2 weeks upon closure of the survey.

I got nothing. Waiste of time.

as most surveys are.. you answer bunch of questions which they use to target ads at you, then sell your info to other marketers and just give you discount on their sponsors stuff. you can only spend on their site.. not enough to buy , just enough to discount.. . instead of a $10 cash

      Hi,
      New to the forum.
Came here looking for some experienced UTV users who can enlighten me about which brand should I pick for my very first UTV or SXS.
      I'm between 3 brands and 3 models:
      *Kawasaki MULE PRO-FXR   1000.
      *Yamaha wolverine rmax2.
      *Can am Commander XTP.
The use I'm willing to give it is mostly to go to the range with my wife, load steel targets and all our shooting gear, we shoot a lot, rifles, Shotguns and Handguns for practice, training and competition. (Range is about 10 miles from home)
But also I want something that I can take to the trails and have fun on dirt, mud, rocks, puddles or creeks.
Any objective information will be appreciated, specially which is more reliable and durable.
Thank you and happy 4th of July.

I purchased a 2008 American Sportsworks Subaru TW265 UTV, with no manual and no previous knowledge. When idling, the steer column shakes uncontrollably, is very noisy, and might be from vibrations from the engine. Logically, I am thinking engine vibration moving up the steering column. I found a schematic, but that has not helped in identifying the specific problem.
      Any thoughts? Suggestions?
      Thanks so much

starts up you have keep rpms up for 5 minutes till it warms up then runs fine. But if it stalls wont start unless you unplug fuel pump and hold it to the floor till it starts then plug pump back in and run it till it warms up then it is fine all day.
