New to the Joyner group. I'm making long travel for the 1100 Sand viper. I'm trying to make something that will work as well or even better than the RZR Rino etc. At this time the front has 14" travel rear has 16" of travel. This is the 2020 updated version from the previous 2009 version. I do not know all the differences. I do know the 2020 models have throttle body , idle air control valve, & idle control sensor.

I have a yanmar longhorn 6 seater which I believe is having fuel delivery issues. It will run off of starter fluid and will sometimes run on gas but will not idle. Fuel pump is new and verified to put out 56 psi. Injector is new, I'm reading 10.5 volts at the injector, gas is new. The unit will run when the engine symbol is not present at the gauges. Diagnostic port doesn't appear to be present, can't find it where yanmar says it should be. Oil is full but old. Any ideas what's going on here? Is there a maintenance function that will shut this machine down if it has old oil?

I've had a Hisun HS500 (Axis 500) that I bought at Lowes almost a year ago. I have downloaded the service manual found on this forum and notice that they have 2009 and 2010 year dates on them. Isn't there a newer version available somewhere? I'm about to try my first ever valve adjustment and am wondering if the info is the same. Mine is fuel injected but there is carb info in those manuals. Don't know if they still have carb models now but figure they did then.

I took in my UTV and they fixed the no power I was having ( broken ground wire) but they told me I would need a new turn signal relay . If you use the left or right turn signal you get a high pitched whine . I need to look to see if the lights blinks but I don't believe it does. I thionk the relay is located in the battery box with the fuses and starter solenoid. Where might I find a turn signal relay . I have done several searches but come up empty . Anyone have this problem before or know where I might purchase a relay ?
