2016 Msu700 starts runs a coupl min/warms up  dies and wont re-start. After about 45 mins it will start again. This just happened one day while riding.  I changed the fuel pump but that didn't work.  Any suggestions?

sometimes that can be a sign of an ignition system part failing.. i'm not up to speed on the Massimo ignition systems as to if there magneto and flywheel fired, or CDI off of battery.

had a similar issue with a car awhile back, run and get warm and shutoff, wouldn't restart for awhile until cool. turned out to be the ignition coil.

after it dies i would check for spark, either by removing the spark plug and reinstalling the wire and grounding the spark plug against the engine and looking for spark, or by removing the plug and spraying carb/parts cleaner or starting fluid down the plug hole or intake.

In the old days my first thought would have been a vacuum-lock in the fuel tank, a common situation that occurred--primarily with gravity feed fuel systems--when the fuel tank was full or nearly full; and was due to a clogged vent (often in the cap) that could not pass air to relieve the vacuum created as fuel was consumed. i don't know if the tanks on contemporary EFI fuel systems are susceptible to this, but I'd sill check to see:

Next time the engine stalls crack the fuel cap and listen for a rush of air. Then try to start the motor, if it starts you know the problem and where to look for solutions--if not you're no worse off...,

I am having the same issue on a Massimo 2016 msu800. Did you figure out the issue?

Try loosening the fuel cap for 10-15 seconds then re-try starting it--might not work but it's worth a try...

I have a Massimo 800 2015 it will run for awhile but if you get it up over 30mph it will bog down and die and won't start for about 45 mins. Has anyone figured anything out

Does anyone have any suggestions for aftermarket shocks.  I have a T-Boss 550 and took it riding in some rough trails and the stock suspension was uncomfortably rough.

I have a 2018 cub cadet challenger 750 I bought brand new almost 2 years ago the first month I had it the exhaust broke and burnt the spark plug wire in two that was a recall so the dealership installed the new one it had a different design and it bolted up to the bottom two plugs below the spark plug the dealership said they had to Adjust the exhaust valves I get the machine back thanking everything is good now wrong not even a week after I get it back the timing chain tensioner comes apart inside the motor I take it back to the dealership They put one on I get the machine back thanking everything is good but then just like before not even a week goes by when I was riding the Machine automatically quits going come to find out the wet clutch was burned up the primary clutch head stripped off of the splines I get that fixed and then  it overheats I take it back they bleed the air out of the coolant they bring it back to me the same day that I get it back it overheats again I take it back they temporarily fix it again just enough to let the warranty run out and now the machine has been to multiple different mechanics I have had them try to bleed the air out they have stood it up on its end I have had the water pump changed I have had the fan hooked to a switch so I could leave it on all the time but still almost 2 years later not even 200 hours on the machine and I cannot ride it The dealership will not take it back as a lemon I have tried I am at my wits end I have no clue what to try next
