Do any of you out there find the Sector E1 seats  very uncomfortable? I get a sore neck after driving a short time. It seems the back is too upright.  It needs to be set back on an angle a  little. Any ideas ?

Hello, I just purchased an E1 last month and the seat situation was the first thing I had to resolve.  It was giving me pain in my lower back.  Here is what I did to resolve it.  There are four brackets that hold the seat back to the frame bar.  Take out the bottom screws and loosen the top screws about half way out.  Go to the lumber yard or Lowes and buy a 2X2 8 ft. long.  Cut the 2x2 to 50".  Now slide the 2x2 between the back seat and the frame.  Put one of the flat sides against the seat so there is not a square edge creating a pressure point against the back plastic which could cause it to crack.  Adjust the 2x2 so an equal amount sticks out both sides.  Now put the lower screws back in and tighten them until they are snug, but not to where they start to bend the bracket.  Tighten the upper screws back down snug as well.  This will give you a comfortable seat back angle.  It is now about the same as my Polaris ranger which I have been happy with.  I painted my brace black so it would not look too out of place, but that is up to you.  The only down side to this fix is it pushes the bottom of the seat back forward a couple inches so you loose some of the leg clearance which was minimal to start with.  I banged my knee a couple of times on the cup holder till I got used to it.  Hope this works for you.

Hey Guys, I have been chasing a stalling condition for about two weeks now. The bike will crank up and idle fine, then after about 20 seconds it will fall on its face and stall. It happens at both idle and while running at various rpms. You can turn the key off, turn it back on and it will fire right back up without trouble. I have verified spark on both cylinders with a spark tester. I have also added an inline fuel filter, and pulled the injectors to verify proper pulse on each. Things I have replaced - (relearn procedure performed after each component replaced): spark plugs, ECU, relay/fuse box, fuel pump, & throttle position sensor - all with no improvement of the condition. The only warning light I get when the condition occurs is the oil lamp. The bike only has 14 miles. I am at a loss and appreciate any help and suggestions! Thanks

I own a K9 with 50hrs that has been in for repair more than once the farm.  Multitude of issues, trying to file lemon on it but interested in knowing if owners are organizing for a class action suit.  The dealer informs me there are “a lot of owners very unhappy with these”.
      Thanks

      Greetings All,
I'm looking for the most effective way to quiet the noise inside the cab. The cab virtually sits atop the 24hp diesel engine. It's very loud and so I'm looking for ways to make inside the cab quieter.

I am going to replace the batteries in my E1. I am not interested in the high cost Lithium or the expensive 6 volt dry batteries.  I am considering four 12 volt deep charge marine batteries. I have a source for 810 amp units for about $100 each.  I have no worries about reprograming the charger because it went out a few years ago and I replaced it with generic golf cart charger. When I decide to do this, I'll keep you posted on the results.

      Hi
I have a 2022 hisun sector eps 550. 30amp fuse is blown for eps. Checked the motor and it’s fine. Opened up the controller and found a bad diode. Dealer wanted 500$ for the controller. Just posting this in case it helps someone. I couldn’t read numbers from the old one so just took a guess and replaced it with a 100v 3amp diode.
