HS400 Seat Belt Defeat and Oil Filler 3D

Here are a couple more 3D printer files for the HS400/Coleman UT400 & Outfiltter 400. Included in the .zip file are my version of a seat belt interlock defeat insert (SeatBeltThing-01.stl)and an oil filler adapter allowing a 1/2"I.D. hose to be attached making adding oil a less messy operation (OIlFiller-whole-03.stl) --both may also work on other UTVs with similar the seat belt connectors and a 3/4" x 10  threaded dipstick...

Would I be able to get a couple of these from you.  Thank you.

Are you willing to sell a couple of these.  I’m referring to the seat belt defeater.  Thank you.

Cliffyk,

Looks like a couple awesome and useful files.

Any recommendations on print material or printer settings before I give this a go?

Most of my (successful) printing experience is with PLA, will that hold up sufficiently?

starts up you have keep rpms up for 5 minutes till it warms up then runs fine. But if it stalls wont start unless you unplug fuel pump and hold it to the floor till it starts then plug pump back in and run it till it warms up then it is fine all day.

Have an issue all the sudden where the UTV will cut out randomly mid range throttle and under load.  Light consistent throttle on fairly flat ground no problems.  If you quickly change throttle position sometimes it will bog down and cut out, splutter, etc.  Floor it or let off and it may do just fine.  Going up a hill and adding more throttle as the incline demands, will cut out splutter and smell unburnt fuel.  So far doesn't ever completely quit.  If you let off it will idle just fine.  A lot of times if you floor it, it will pick up and even get a boost of power.  Changed to a slightly hotter plug to see if that would make a difference, but it didn't .  Any ideas what might be going on and what to try next?

Recently purchased 2nd hand not going Crossfire GT400 (Australian branded name?) 2020 model.  Has some issues what would be the best forum to pose questions.
      Thanks

Have a bed decal that has never been right.  Contacted Coleman Powersports and they have no solution.  Anyone know of a place where I could get a replacement decal or complete decal or graphics kit?

I want to put a charger/maintainer for my Coleman UT400 for the winter and need to know if it uses a 6v or 12v battery.
One search online showed a 6v, but another stated 12v..
I can look at the battery, but after taking the seat out you cannot see the top of the battery without also removing the top plate under the seat and at 8 degrees outside, I'd rather not be out there too long.
Can anyone verify what volt (6 or 12) the batter is?
      Thanks in advance ...
