2019 Coleman Outfitter 550x will not shift front axle into 4x4. I have checked fuses, replaced the dash 4x4 selector switch, removed rear of front axle housing and tested the

axle shift motor using "C" batteries and it worked both directions as it should, but when re- installed it still will NOT shift into 4x4. It has never been run off road and has 37 on it miles.   There

are 2 electrical plugs at the front axle and I am not sure which points I should be testing to rule out a faulty wire.

Any helpful ideas would be appreciated.

2019 Coleman Outfitter 550X not shifting into 4X4 - ok I removed the front axle 4wd shift motor and it continues work fine using small batteries, but

when I plug in the system electrical it still fails to operate. I did however notice that one of the electrical pins on the 6 wire plug, was not flush with

the others. I took needle nose pliers and moved the pin back into place and then ensured it stayed when re-connected to the motor.

Yup it was the electrical plug connection. Now it shifts in and out of 4x4 again. So, double check your plugs and pins....

Is there a code reader available for the Coleman UTV 400?  I tried using the HUD ECU Hacker software and cables/adapters but no luck OBD to delphi 6 pin and KKL VAG as well as ELM327.  Will not connect.  I was able to get it to connect randomly a couple of times, but haven't been able to since.  I was able to clear and read the codes briefly.  I'm aware of the Tiny Scan 301 but it doesn't seem to be readily available.  There's a few out there but they are expensive.

I'm thinking of buying a snow blade for my Coleman Outfitter 550 (Hisun with Coleman stickers).
Has anyone purchased a snow blade that can offer the make and model they bought and any comments, pros  cons etc.?
Not 100% sure I'm going to buy, as the selection of blades for this model seems a bit thin on line.
      Thoughts and comments welcomed.
      Thanks in advance.

I have an Axis 500 4x4 UTV that I was given.  It looks like an almost new machine with 39 hrs on it however it was apparently under water from the hurricane . I have no spark at the plug. I have replaced the plug, the plug wire, & the stator so far. Can anyone advise me of what i need to check and or replace to get this thing running? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Could someone please recommend a reputable shop to troubleshoot and repair a Coleman UT 400 in the DFW TX area?

Neighbor rode their Coleman with the park brake apparently not fully released. Needless to say, things got pretty hot and even started smoking and the smoke was definitely gear oil smell. Looks like oil is coming from the area just behind the disc for the park break. Looking at parts diagram, there is an oring behind the nut/washer that attaches the flange to pinion shaft. I'm not finding anything on YT that would help with disassembly. Anyone have some experience with removing rear driveshaft ?
