Are you using the switched or constant plug.  If you are using the switched plug (orange/black) you will not have power unless key is in the on position.

OviV,

Thnx for the response.

I've tried ALL Accesory plugs under the dash & Yes I understand that the key has to be On for it to work but with the key On I still can't get Power to the switches.

I contacted my local BP & there tech informed me I had to take the dash Off & dig for the Red & Blk wires.

Just Odd that there are 3 plugs under the dash & None of them have Power!  What's the Point!?

Yes. There are no fuses or relay for the Accesories so I put a fuse in & pulled another relay & put it in the accesory block. Still Nothing.

Also, on the wiring diagram it shows all of those plugs should have power.

The Only plug that has keyed power is under the bed. Which I originally thought was for backup lights like on the Polaris Rangers. NOPE! Just power when the keys on.

It's actually kind of Comical.

I actually installed infrared camera on my 2021 800sx Crew and the 2 plugs behind the lcd  were as described in manual.  One constant and one switched.

I am having the same problem I M an electrician of 35 years neither one of those plugs have power behind the dash the two wire ones doesn’t matter if the key is on off whatever none of the fuses are blown I tried to put other fuses in has anybody figured out what the problem is

I found out on LEDs they have to be wired in correctly. Simply flipped our wires & everything is Good.

Power on when the keys on.

Solved our problem anyway.

Hi Folks, I just bought a 2022 Tracker 800SX Crew. Love it so far. How do I access the accessory connectors behind the LCD display. Specifically, how do I pull out the display. Please offer any suggestions for anything I'm missing. I need to install a turn signal kit and eventually a winch. Thanks for any help. I've always found these boards helpful on other intersts of mine.

I accesed it by lying in the floorboard & looking up behind the display in the console.

Same here.

I have a 2016 550, ive tryed the hisun website and seems i cant get parts there. I would like to add power steering, have seen a few "kits" on ebay
for the 750 not sure if its the same parts needed for the 550, there is a factory bracket already welded to the frame above the standard steering rack, is this to be used
to mount the eps motor? There is also a grey plug hanging just above the brake master cylinder, not sure if thats anything that needs to be used in the install.
Handy with wrenches so if i can find the parts installing it shouldnt be a problem, anyone done this upgrade, was it worth it?

Bit of background. First the machine would take for ever to start. So I adjusted the valve shims into spec and made sure the timing is correct. Starts perfectly now.

now it fluctuates on idle. Bogs down, Revs up, repeat. I noticed the fuel pressure drops from 60psi to 20psi while that happens. It also bogs down at the lower end of each gear, higher rpm seems to be fine. Seems to struggle under load. In neutral it revs up perfectly.

brand new fuel pump, fuel filter, gas. I noticed on the fuel pressure regulator there’s that vacuum nipple, it’s not attached to anything and I’m not sure where it would go. Possibly the problem?

Another issue is the tip off the end of the exhaust is broken off, sensor is still attached and connected. Could that cause these issues?

my next plan was to look into the pressure regulator and voltage to fuel pump while driving. Is there anything I’m missing or any ideas you guys have?

      thanks!

My father-in-laws 750 hisun will not change gears unless he completely turns the motor off then shifts.  I thought it might be a brake problem but he thought clutch.  He took it to a jackleg down the road and he basically charged him $300 and did not fix a thing.  Any ideas would be useful because he really can’t afford throwing money at it.

Hello everyone! I am new here and have no experience with UTVs but I am quickly getting some. I have a shifting problem where I can shift through all gears without the engine running but as soon as I start the engine I can not select a gear. Yes, foot is on the brake and yes the pin is being pulled to go into reverse if I was to try going into reverse. The shift lever does not move. I adjusted the linkage to get more accurate shifting with the engine off so I know those are now correct. I opened the shift lever housing to inspect the teeth on the gear and found this picture below. Why is this oil so milky looking? I assume with oil like this I'll need to replace the wet clutch as well but am not positive. Does anyone have any input into how to flush this system and get things shifting correctly? Thanks in advance for all the help!
