On my Coleman 550 I had a hard time reinstalling the drain plug and the spring loaded strainer after changing my oil.  This is my first time I changed the oil.  I reinstalled the plug without the strainer.  Is this a problem?

I'm not familiar with the strainer on the 550, but you will have a lot better luck creating a new thread with a good title, than piggybacking on an unrelated thread.

When I removed the oil drain  plug a metal strainer with a rubber washer attached to spring dropped out of the cavity plugged by the drain plug.  I had to reinstall the drain plug without the screen assembly.

I'd put it back in, in case of something , a shaving etc. getting loose in your oil system and causes a catastrophe. I just recently changed my oil for the first time and got the same surprise when the spring and screen popped out. I had difficulty reinstalling it also. The screen sits down in the spring so it stays put, but you have to carefully balance the spring on the oil plug as you get it in place. Once you get it started in the hole, press up firmly to completely compress the spring then twist to engage the threads. Once I figured out how to hold it and position my hand and wrist so that I had enough rotation left in my hand and wrist, it went right in. It would probably help to jack up the rear end, once you have the oil drained so you have more room to maneuver.

When I pressed up firmly against the spring and the plug was flush against the threads, it easily started right in by finger pressure. If it doesn't start easily, then you may not have it pushed up firmly, then the plug may be tilted a little. just don't use a wrench if you can't get it started by your fingers. You're fighting the spring pressure to get it squared up to the threads.

I was randomly and briefly able to connect to my Coleman UTV 400s ECU the other day twice and haven't been able to since.  When I was able to access it, I found the following codes and wondered if anyone may know where I should start or what I should look at?
P0031 - O2 Sensor Heater Control Voltage Low
P0107 - Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometer Pressure Voltage Low
P0113 - Intake Air Temperature Sensor Voltage High
P0118 - Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Voltage High
P0650 - Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) failure

My wife accidentally ran the Axis 500 into a fence and tore the front end up (broke her arm too). Just wondering where the best place to get front end parts? I know she busted the knuckle but haven’t jacked it up yet. Thanks guys for any help!

Is there a code reader available for the Coleman UTV 400?  I tried using the HUD ECU Hacker software and cables/adapters but no luck OBD to delphi 6 pin and KKL VAG as well as ELM327.  Will not connect.  I was able to get it to connect randomly a couple of times, but haven't been able to since.  I was able to clear and read the codes briefly.  I'm aware of the Tiny Scan 301 but it doesn't seem to be readily available.  There's a few out there but they are expensive.

Hello, we recently got a 2013 Hisun 800 as a little project for my husband and I to work on. Turns out the guys before us loved the mud anyway. We have replaced the stator and now going to do the Rectifier but here is the hold up as seen in the picture. There are tons of wires going to the battery. I cant seem to find anything that shows what wires should, or shouldn't be attached to the battery or where these 2 plugs go. if someone would please take some pics or share knowledge to where they go I would appreciate it greatly.
