My first ride this year

Recommended Posts

Went for my first ride of the year and everything worked great, the steering box shim was most impressive and I think it actually helped with bump steer, everything was tight and the feel was instant, again, I recommend it, highly now! The tires were great, and the fuel tank set up worked like it was supposed to and I did plenty of long down hills and up hills with less than 1/2 tank. One glitch, the cruise control set up I put on kept dropping out, it would work for a while and then let the throttle go to idle, still working on it.

I went by myself, so I kept it close to home and went just the other side of Utah Lake, 2766951420104282158DlVhxR_th.jpg

This is an interesting read. ADAS is main stream on cars these days. The technology looks to be headed towards UTVs and Off-Road Vehicles.
Potential Motors and CFMOTO USA have announced a new partnership to integrate advanced driver-assist systems (ADAS) into recreational off-road vehicles for the first time.
Sam Poirier, CEO and co-founder at Potential Motors, says the integration of its technology into CFMOTO’s vehicles will set new standards in the side-by-side segment. (Photo: Potential Motors Inc.) The partnership will first see Potential’s tech integrated into CFMOTO test vehicles. The companies will conduct extensive real-world testing at Potential’s purpose-built off-road proving ground in Fredericton, Canada, and CFMOTO facilities.

I got a utv from lowes it has one tire in the back that is the same size as the front tires so it has 3, 26-9-14 and 1 26-11-24. i want to change the rear tire to the same one as the other. So instead of buying a new rim will a 26-11-24 tire fit on a 26-9-14 rim.

Is it possible to add power steering?  If so where do I find parts?

When researching the Tracker, I was interested in the 800SX LE. The original sales literature indicated that the LE came with 27x9x14 and 27x11x14 tires. When I went to pick up my Tracker, it had 26” tires on it. I called Tracker before paying for the Tracker and was told they had supply issues and could not get 27” tires. I’m curious to know if anyone has taken delivery of an LE with 27” tires in stalled? I just recently installed 27” tires and am happy with the added ground clearance and beefy look the machine has taken on!
