Kioti K9 too loud!

Hey guys! Was wondering if anybody has had any experience in shutting up a Kioti K9 or Kioti Mechron.  I daily drive a K9 in an underground mine and between the engine noise and belt whine I can’t hear myself think while driving this thing! 2-5 hours a day. It’s a 2021 model with 180 hours on it. Belt and clutches are clean, machine is maintained to factory recommended schedule and then some. Has been like this since new. Before I start boxing in the engine with plywood and stuffing insulation under the seat I thought I would reach out and see if anybody has run into this before!

I purchased a 2024 Kioti K9 in September. The first thing I noticed was the loud engine noise. I'm looking into ways to muffle it without taking power away.

Same here. They run like a prehistoric clapped out dinosaur, which is lame considering the price. My previous utv was a 25 year old kawasaki mule diesel which ran way smoother and quieter. 
i have installed some sound deadening and have more on order. I am hoping that does the job or i will likely look to trade it on something else.

So the sound deadening was installed in the cab or around the engine compartment? I'm also wondering if it would help to put a better muffler on it. If you can send me pictures, I'd love to see what you did.
