Wheel Spacers

Just wondering if anyone has added wheel spacers to their UTV yet? I know with the Trooper you are already as wide as a UTV gets but with even more width comes more stability. Problem for some might be too much width for narrow tracks. These are available at T.Js so someone must of tried them out. Any thoughts?

Cheers Mike.

where we ride, you don't want to be any wider than what they are stock, but I think you can get them straight from Joyner if you want them. I was pricing a unit and HID lights for a customer and noticed them advertised at Joyner.

I used a set of 2" spacers for my Trooper when I ran 25" paddle tires. They were on 12" rims and the spacers were required to clear the brakes etc. Even then I had to do a little trimming of the casting seperation lug on the brake along with moving it in about 1/8" and I needed to reduce the the OD of the brake disk by 1/4". Everything cleared then. Don't need them now that I went to much bigger paddles (16.50 x 15 rears and 13.50 fronts). This is an experiment so I'll keep every one informed. My objective is to not churn them like typically done but to hook up like a track with minimum slip. We'll See. Might sell my spacers later but not ready yet.

I added lights to the Coleman Outfitter 550 last fall.   I bought lights on line from Nilight, a 300 W  12" light bar mounted forward and 2 square 4" floods for the rear.  Those are mounted on the roof corners facing rear and downward just beyond the tailgate.  Nilights seem to be of high quality, as I've had them on my garden tractor for 5 years and still flood the way ahead with great light.
Both the front and rear lights provide amazing illumination making the OEM headlamps look like parking lights.  Made a connector for the front bar that plugs into existing headlamp switch so it is just part of that circuit controlled by the headlamp switch.   Rear work lamps were wired in using a rocker switch installed in the dash.  Backed up to the garden with the work lights and was able to harvest some tomatoes well past sunset.
What have you used if anything for auxiliary lighting on your UTV?

Twice my hisun has been driven a few miles and turned off back at home. Get back on it same afternoon and console is dead, no lights.
Have 12.7 vdc at battery and fuses are good. I hear relays click in the fuse box and main relay clicks but everything is dead.
Any ideas on what this may be? I've seen this problem before on this forum but it never finished.
Any help is always appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hello, I have a 2013 500 utv hisun. Was running ok and cut out while parked. Bike will not start now. It turns over, but won't fire. I have no spark and no fuel. I replaced fuel pump, ignition coil, spark plug, cdi, voltage rectifier and all the fuses and relays. Could bad stater cause no fuel because I can't hear the fuel pump priming. Any info on where to start looking for problem.
