Hi there,

We are a company based in Taiwan and we are developing electric conversion kit for UTVs. We aim to build a complete kit for Polaris Ranger 1000 or 570 with low cost and easy installation. Just would like to hear you opinion about that. Should we go for 570 first or 1000? are the powertrain similar between both? We learned that Ranger 1000 is the most popular UTV sold in the USA with most market penetration.

Or you have any other opinion please let me know. As far as we know there are some cheap conversion kits sold on Amazon but it requires lot of modification on the vehicle. Thank you very much.

Hi guys,

we are almost done with the Ranger 1000 electric convert kit. Does 8,000 USD/kit sound worthy to you?

This kit includes the following:

1. 95 kW motor with MCU (motor controller)

2. Transmission pulley & belt (for connecting the motor & OEM gear case)

3. On board charger

4. High voltage cables

5. Mounting brackets

6. Battery gauge

Easy installation, no welding or special jigs are required. No need to modfy any OEM parts.

Battery is not included.

Thank you.

Hi I'm about to order parts to do a bunch of work on my Massimo. Does anyone know if there's a difference in the top end kit {piston, Cylinder, Rings, Gaskets, Piston Pin} if it has a carb or EFI? I'm EFI and I think some came with a carb so I thought i'd ask before making a mistake...
      Thanks Jerr

in desperate need of a rear differential for my 2014 wildcat 1000. It has blown up right in the midst of the hurricane that struck us here in N/W N.C. I could really use this machine right now. No luck finding this from Artic Cat or the many numerous online vendors. Any info or resources wil be greatly appreciated !

The conversion took about 350lbs. off the vehicle.  It never rode great, but now I feel every  crack in the road.  I have backed off spring compression nut to the point just under where they would move around if suspension was at full extension, but it is still very stiff.  I would like to put some softer coilover springs on it, but I have no idea what the spring rate is with the original springs so I would just be guessing on what to order.  Does anyone have the data for the original spring compression rate?  I am willing to give up a little ground clearance for a softer ride. Right now when sitting still the rear suspension is at or near full extension and the rear tires have several degrees of camber which will cause uneven wear if allowed to continue in this state.
