The next thing I would do is check the fuel injector.

Ground the spark plug wire. You can make grounding apparatus with a bolt, a ring terminal, a wire, and an alligator clip. The ring terminal goes on the bolt, bolt into the boot wire, and clip the other end of the wire alligator clip on a body bolt. This ground will prevent ignition damage, as well as sparking during the FI test.

Once that's done remove the fuel injector, put it over a rag with the wires and fuel hose attached, and try cranking the engine over. Check for good flow and an even pattern. If you are unsure it's probably worth throwing a new injector in to be safe.

I would go back to driving at this point and see if the issue reoccur. If it dies my next step would be to get an engine scanner setup. The cabling is only around $25. Read my post on how to set up code scanner in the Coleman forum.

What you can do with that is bring a laptop along and use the recording mode. Drive until the drivability issues reoccur, and you can then go back and replay the file and see what changes over that time frame. It's possible a sensor is failing.

I have  a bulldog i bought from home depot in 2013.  In the last season it started refusing to shift from neutral to either forward or reverse.  I changed the trans axle fluid and made sure the cables were lubricated and free.  With a lot of coaxing, I can sometimes get it to shift.  once I start driving it, things improve until I let it set awhile.   Any suggestion on where to go from here?

Can anyone tell me how to get the engine codes to display on a 2012 Bennche Bighorn 700X?  I played with the gauges once and lucked up on this but can't remember what I did.  Will the codes automatically display if there is a code or do you have to cycle through the display?

Quick question about replacing the plug.  One of the prongs pulled out, so I'm thinking it will be an easy fix to connect the old cord with a new plug but I'm unsure about the specs.  15amp 125v?  Is it more complicated than that?  I do plan to buy a plug that's water tight.
      Thanks in advance!

      Hi
I have a 2022 hisun sector eps 550. 30amp fuse is blown for eps. Checked the motor and it’s fine. Opened up the controller and found a bad diode. Dealer wanted 500$ for the controller. Just posting this in case it helps someone. I couldn’t read numbers from the old one so just took a guess and replaced it with a 100v 3amp diode.

The conversion took about 350lbs. off the vehicle.  It never rode great, but now I feel every  crack in the road.  I have backed off spring compression nut to the point just under where they would move around if suspension was at full extension, but it is still very stiff.  I would like to put some softer coilover springs on it, but I have no idea what the spring rate is with the original springs so I would just be guessing on what to order.  Does anyone have the data for the original spring compression rate?  I am willing to give up a little ground clearance for a softer ride. Right now when sitting still the rear suspension is at or near full extension and the rear tires have several degrees of camber which will cause uneven wear if allowed to continue in this state.
