Hisun 2020 Strike 550 having trouble switching gears

Had this utv for a couple of months and bought it with this problem. Sometimes it will move thru the gears with no problems, but most of the time there’s a resistance to go from one gear to the next. What helps is to give it a little gas to get it to change gears. I’ve tried adjusting the turn buckle connected to the gear shift, but didn’t help.  Anyone have any advice?

You mean between high low and reverse?

How high is the idle speed? It should be ~1400. If it's too high it may have issues.

What are you using for engine oil? Is the level high enough? Is it MA approved for the wet clutch? If not the clutch may be engaging partally at idle causing it to be dissicult to shift.

Yes it won’t shift between park, reverse, high and low half the time.

I’ll double check the idle speed, but I think it’s good.

I’m using a synthetic 10W/30 synthetic oil, the manual doesn’t say synthetic, but the weight is correct. I just changed the oil, but had this problem before I changed it.

only has 38 hours and 310 miles on it.

      Greetings,
I have a client that wants me to install a heater of some sort to aid in cold weather starting (she uses it at her business, has had issues starting the last few days in sub-zero). I would prefer a coolant heater to a pan heater (silicone pad), but I cant for the life of me find the diameter of the coolant hoses. Heck, I'm not even sure if it would work as well in this application given how long the hose is compared to tractors and trucks I have installed them in.
Any advice you could give me would be GREATLY appreciated.

We recently purchased the Axis x550. Fueled it with 93 fuel and drove one time around the farm and the 02 fault error appeared. Any ideas?

We have replaced the relay/fuse, water pump, fan & radiator cap. What are we missing? Fan still won't kick on.

I generally use my challenger for light duty misc. use, and for plowing. The one thing I dislike about this machine is the difficulty in shifting. I've had it the shop and they adjusted the shifting lever, but I still have issues. Some times it shifts ok, but the problem is it is hard to get it to move the lever from high to reverse or low to high or from any gear to the other. Seems I always have to accelerate a little to get it to engage to what gear I need it to go to. This is definitely not normal.
